Burger falls apart and not cooked
Myra Joy G.

one waiter acted rudely , which showed poor representation of this restaurant ... We ordered 3 burgers, 2 of which looked like the burger in the photo shared (not cooked). When we told this waiter the burgers were clearly raw, he told us this wasn't McDonald's. Extremely disrespectful, like it's not that hard to not mess up a burger and his comments almost implies as if we only eat at fast food places & that this restaurant is some top quality shit (which news flash it's not lmfao). In addition to all of this, the service here is slow, like waiting 15+ minutes for a shitty burger type slow! However, if you do decide to still dine here, get the shrimp & avocado salad! That salad is bomb asffff!!

Nice spot to wait for your train in Venice. It is an open terrace so I was still a bit warm. The service is adequate and you can sit and watch all the buzz and activity as passengers arrive at and leave the terminal.

Great food and service. I appreciate the free WiFi here as well. Waiters were attentive and helpful. I ordered the seafood linguini and pistachio mousse ... Both were really yummy. I was not allowed to take the big bottle of water I ordered so I had to drink it at the table... Didn't like that. And, although the service was attentive and professional, I felt the waiters could've been a little warmer. You will get good tasting food here... It will just cost a little more than nearby places.

We had dinner here as part of an excursion for our Tour Group. I do not think they were really ready for us as the service and execution was pretty bad. Our friend did not get her Main until deserts were being served. The execution was really bad and the food was iffy. The Sea Bass tasted horrible. spoiled and I did not have more than 2 bites. I did order Sea Bass at least a dozen times during my travels here and this was the worst The ravioli were not really consistent. some had zero cheese in them and just spinach. overall I was disappointed. Maybe if we had not come as a group it would have been different. But the food and service were mehh. Not worth it.

This is the restaurant that is attached to our hotel and our tour director hosted the farewell dinner here. This is a well decorated and nice space, although i was crazy overheated during the meal. The chandeliers and many of the light fixtures are probably Burano glass, but I didn't inspect them closely to look for signatures by the masters. The food was good, but service was a little weak. For example, two entrees were significantly delayed. This isn't a huge problem when it is a fixed menu because everything had already been cooked and this did not stress any of us out too much. The wife and I had grouper, chicken, ravioli and lasagne. The ravioli and grouper were the highlights of the meal. The chicken was also good. The chicken came with potatoes and spinach that were good. The lasagne was adequate.

I'm not sure what anyone would rate this place less than a 5! Fresh, delicious, friendly service in a perfect location! Food and wine were perfect! Service was fast and efficient! Too full to try desserts but I'll be back again!

Lots and lots of restaurants to choose from in Venice but this unassuming restaurant is a true gem…read more It's easy to miss as it's tucked in a corner right by a bridge. Once inside they have a couple tables with small window views of any gondolas passing by. We started off with a plate of lightly fried sardines topped with pickled white onions. The fry on the fish was super light and those vinegar-y onions were the perfect pairing. We cleaned that plate. The lasagna was well balanced with the meat, sauce, cheese. The squid ink pasta was chewy/al dente with a subtle touch of seafood flavors giving the cuttlefish. It was very umami but nothing too overbearing. Delicious! It's a Family business that was been around for many years. Grazie to the friendly staff and chef!

I am so sad to give this restaurant such a poor rating after visiting many times during the last 20…read moreyears and loving it before. The jovial mood with the waiters with big personalities is gone. The menu you can find online is no longer available so you get a very limited menu to choose from--nearly entirely seafood. So if you have anyone in your party that just wants pasta with a red meat sauce or a non seafood lasagne, not available. We were a party of 8. Two people ordered the scallop appetizers. Pretty presentation on shells. 3 tiny scallops in the shells. More like an amuse bouche. Totally disappointing. The linguine with clams as an entree had clams so small you almost needed a magnifying glass to see them. Couldn't taste the clams and annoying to try to eat something so tiny , and just try to eat the pasta with all those tiny shells. The baby shrimp on polenta was actually good. But again the shrimp were like tiny hatchlings tempura battered. Tasted okay except for those that were soggy from the polenta that was very soupy. I wanted the gnocchi with crab which was on the very limited menu but no longer available. The alternative was gnocchi with a sea bass sauce which I chose but didn't like at all. The gnocchi were good but the sauce wasn't at all for me. We had to continue to ask for side dishes for the bread, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. We will not return. Poor value for your money. Plus there is a cover charge and service included in your bill which was a surprise. Very sad to see our favorite Venetian restaurant decline so much.
