I saw some.of the work and looked at reviews and saw some work in person. I decided Luis was the perfect candidate for what I wanted. He has a soft hand and makes you super comfortable. I called ahead of time and sent the images I wanted. Appointment was made and I walked in ready. Shop has lots of cool art work to look at and definitely has an urban feel. As Wu Tang played in the background we proceeded. Everything was clean and new. He did the placement to make sure it was exactly how I wanted and asked me if I was ready and started. Throughout the whole process I was very comfortable and when done was so satisfied with my pieces. He did the fine lines perfectly and took his time to make sure everything came out as I wanted. I was so happy with his work I went back to get 2 more tattoos making it a total of 4. So it's important to find a talented artist who knows what there doing, Luis is it! She gave me a bunch of tips and ways to avoid this. I felt so comfortable with her that I went to the Publix next door to take out some cash to get my nose pierced in that moment! It was $40 for the piercing and jewelry. Throughout the whole process my piercer made me feel SO comfortable! I was so happy with my service that I recommended 4 people who went that following week with her! I have been meaning to go back to get some more piercings by her but haven't had the chance. I called the shop to try to get an appointment for a nose piercing for my underage daughter. I said I had her birth certificate and SS and asked him what kind of picture ID was acceptable for her since we didn't have one, but maybe he could guide me in the right direction. However, the gentleman that answered the phone was very disrespectful and impatient. He may have been with a client, but there was no need to scream at me and hang up the phone on me. I do not recommend this place based on customer service. He said he doesn't make the rules, which I understand, and calmly explained to him that all I needed was information. He acted like I was the one screaming and telling me the same thing over and over. He was not only unhelpful but very disrespectful to hang up the phone on me when I was calmly explaining all I needed was information. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years; if you can't answer a call, don't, or if you have to call back, ask for that. But answering just to scream and hang up the phone on a potential client shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. Don't even bother calling.

After seeing the quality of his work on my boyfriends last 4 tattoos I was convinced and ready to sit in his chair myself. The cleanliness of the shop is the first thing I noticed. Both the common areas and the restroom (which is not always the case). Next would be how well lit the establishment is. Most tattoo shops have dark/dingy vibes that aren't always comfortable or comforting, especially new clients. Each of the artists stations were neat and organized. The atmosphere was also very welcoming. We were greeted by everyone when we walked in the door and the TV's and music weren't so loud and overbearing as I have witnessed at other shops in the past. In the professionalism department, Alejandro takes the cake. He was ready and prepared to get started in a short period of time. I did not have to wait for him to finish drawing or editing my design only sizing and he was ready to begin. The quality of his work is impeccable and as of right now I would not go anywhere else to be tattooed (I lived an hour 1/2 away). The shop is located in a busy shopping plaza with minimum parking. However, the convenience of having the shops next door is nice.
