I got 4 regular sized ones (if you get minis they'll give you 5), and in corn tortillas (they also have flour). The Pastor ones come with potatoes on the side, and a fork, I guess, to eat the potatoes with. The pork in there was definitely on the drier side, but still flavorful, although actually quite salty. Pineapple was most likely canned. Definitely not my favorite rendition. The potatoes were plain in comparison, but still retained skin, which I approve. I probably wouldn't stop by here again. They open at 6 pm Thursday through Sunday.

Add in the sweet plantain and fried cheese and this dish was definitely a winner. Big change up from the food truck meals of mainly papoose, which are a great food truck item.
