The waitress, took my order and my companion's order, then she came back and told me that although the menu stated that " all calzones come with mozzarella and ricotta " that the veggie one did not. She said it was a typo. Why am I responsible for your typo? I decided not to order anything and just sit with my friend while she ate.. the waitress came back about five minutes later and said that they would honor the menu and give me the ricotta. So, instead of leaving, I ordered my calzone. That might have been one of the best calzones I ever I had in my life. I will add this restaurant to the list of restaurants that I make sure I visit whenever I come into town. Next time I come, I hope they have fixed that menu or I'm going to cite this review and this picture.

Finally everyone but one person had the correct meal, but still had no utensils with which to eat it. The one person whose dish was still not served correctly canceled her order as it seemed rude to make the entire party wait until she would get her food and finish eating. With so many mistakes, poor service and terrible attitude, one would think that a reputable establishment would want to compensate, and avoid a bad review or lost customers. This was not the case. In fact, after leaving another review on Google, the establishment chose to delete it. This was my second time at this restaurant, and I have to say, we returned to this out of the way place because of the good food and service. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone in the party will be returning. If you enjoy good service and attentive waitstaff, stay away from the Grapevine Grille.
