I read the reviews and so many people were raving about their pizza. I ordered a basic cheese pizza, nothing special added to it. When I brought the pizza home, most of the cheese was focused on the center of the pizza, not much near the crust area, that was pretty dry with just dough and a little sauce. The taste of the sauce was more on the bitter side. Nothing wrong with it, but if you prefer a sweeter type of sauce, this is not the sauce for you. When I picked the pizza up, I noticed a calzone they just removed from the oven, it looked really good. I will try this place again, just not for the pizza.

The original Village Pizza. Nothing better in Western Mass!

Village Pizza is the best pizza place with the most consistent quality in town and the friendliest staff ever! Been coming here for probably 20 years. Village is the place to be!

Good service, great homemade pitas. Try the Turkey club, you won't be disappointed. Hidden gem.

5/5 but you should pick up instead of delivery food is best if you get it as soon as it's done especially for pizza and such. But yeah 5/5

One of the best pizzas in the town! Consistently great although sometimes greasy. Would recommend trying it if you have never had it!

The Turks know how to make Pizza. They also make great grinders, pittas, calzones, and other meals.

This is a fun and quirky pizza place. We came here while on vacation nearby after receiving reviews…read morefrom friends and were not disappointed. Despite arriving on a Saturday (during a holiday weekend) at lunch, only one other table was taken. We ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza; Buffalo wings and fries; and chicken nuggets and fries for our kid. Food came up within about 10-15 minutes. The wings/fries were first and were fantastic though unlike wings I have ever had. They appeared breaded and coated in a seasoning spice mixture that was pleasant though not hot (and certainly not reminiscent of Buffalo, NY, where wings come from). The mountain of freezer fries were perfectly crispy and lots of ketchup in serving-size cups were provided. The chicken nuggets were clearly from a bag and strongly reminded me of the white/dark meat nuggets from McDonalds from when I was a kid. Again lots of fries too. The pizza arrived a few minutes later and was huge. And different. A slice was practically a whole pizza and there was lots of pepperoni on it. The sauce was thick and a bit sweet. The crust varied from thin to thick but in all places were very crunchy... like a cracker. I loved it, but my wife not so much. The price for everything including several $2 bottles of water was $38. That isn't out of line for the amount of food you get, but the breakdown was weird. The pizza was $7 and that was a tremendous bargain. The children's nuggets and fries was $4 and I wonder how they can afford that. The 15 wings/fries was $23, and that seemed like an awful lot. But... taken together it was fair. In the future I might just pig out on pizza and leave the wings/fries alone. My wife liked the wings more though, so... The staff were super friendly, including Tony Liquori in his trademark skipper hat. The restaurant was "clean" but dive-bar like, with bric-a-brac all over the place. Fun and filling are the two best adjectives I can think of, and I can't wait to return!

This is my favorite pizza. I eat it whenever i come back to town…read more A lot of my favorite places in town have gone downhill but this place keeps its high standards. They make a good grinder too.

Yesterday I stopped in to give them a try and ordered a small combination pizza and a meatball parm. The meatball parm was great until I was getting a weird soapy taste and that completely put me off so I just stoped consuming it,and moved on to the pizza. The pizza itself looked awesome great presentation it tasted good the only complaint with the pizza is it was way too toasted like overly toasted! By the time I got to the crust it was rock solid and truly un consumable unless you were trying to go to war with it and most likely end up with serious lacerations on the roof of your mouth! I'm not trying to down talk the business at all or stop any type of future business. It's just a couple of pointers to maybe take in consideration when preparing and cooking food in the future. As for me personally I won't be back I got what I wanted but the perfection was not there, and the soapy taste was enough for me to throw in the towel when it comes to being a regular consumer at this establishment anytime soon or in the near future...

The service sucked, they let the pizza sit in a box. Didn't bother letting us know it was even done. The atmosphere was nice inside, but the place was empty on a Friday night (and I understand exactly why). It seems as though this once-great Italian restaurant has been sold to some Southeast Asian folks whose only decently made dish is Chicken Marsala. If you want rubbery lukewarm pizza at an exorbitant price, this is your place. If not, I suggest looking elsewhere. Oh, and as a side-note, the business is now using AI to generate pictures of pizzas they didn't cook, and uploading them to yelp. It's truly disappointing, but not unexpected. They're a bunch of scammers.
