Stopped in with a group of five late on a Thursday and we were sat immediately. There are tables with pull out seats as well as booth/bench seats. The drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. We got La Tribu BBQ platter as a meal and found it was a lot of food for five people, but we did appreciate the large bowl of arroz mamposteao that came with it. The meat was cooked well, some of the best ribs I've had. The brisket was a little too fatty but did have good flavor: Also got an order of alcapurrias to share with the table and it came with great aioli that I used for the rest of my meal.
The service was good with an attentive server, unfortunately at one point we were told they'd run out of silverware and we were offered plastic instead, and only after we asked a few times. We were unable to serve ourselves properly because of this. Would return, maybe earlier in the night to make sure we had all we would need throughout the course of our meal. read more
