Sopes, tacos, and guac - OMG im in heaven. Just imagine a little piece of Mexico in our own backyard. It is a small mom and pops shop with authentic taste. Food: We ordered tacos of steak, chicken and chorizo. The chicken was a little dry but the other two. Wowowowow chefs kiss. For the tacos You have the option of adding the lettuce and sour cream or just cilantro and onions. The sope was so flavorful. I added avocado for an extra touch. I added steak to it as well. The carne asada fries were a hit. Imagine tacos just with a base of French fries. Please call me a potatoe because I love fries!!! It has cheese, pico de gallo, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, and steak The service was quick! They were very attentive and friendly. Trust me just come!!!

Excellent little Mexican spot! Reasonable prices. Nice service. Light on waitresses. So it took a while to get our check. We will return. Didn't get to try pastries yet but will. Stop by, there a few locations.

If you're looking for mouth-watering tacos, La Union Bakery ll is the place to be! I recently visited, and I was blown away by their vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered tacos Al pastor, fajitas and the gorditas. The tacos Al pastor were perfectly seasoned, tender, and complemented by fresh cilantro and onions, etc. The prices are affordable, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a quick lunch. Can't wait to go back and try more!

Our server was very kind and attentive, helping us with suggestions. It's definitely a hidden gem, absolutely delicious food. I was so excited to see the fruits and raspados stand inside the restaurant. The Al pastor tacos were great just wish they were a little more saucy but they weren't greasy. The barbacoa quesadilla was so cheesy and saucy it was amazing. The Gordita looked great, but was a little hard to eat with the plastic utensils. The Birria tacos definitely stole the show, so cheesy, flavorful, the consomé so delicious. Definitely a great spot.

From the moment I walked in I felt right at home. The first thing I noticed was the regional Mexican Music playing and the amazing smell! The restaurant is small and simple, so nothing fancy! They were all very friendly and helpful with menu items! I love that they have breakfast-dinner food! I went for dinner and everything I had was amazing!! I highly recommend the nachos for large groups and of course the tacos. They make the tortillas in house so they're amazing!! I also tried the sope de pollo, which was good and the pozole (great) they also have horchata, fruit juices, and Mexican hot chocolate which are all really good!! I personally really liked the pineapple juice! Can't recommend this place enough! Can't wait to go back for breakfast!

Visiting La Union for birria tacos has become a monthly event I always look forward to. The tacos get better and better every time! Wonderful food and service with every visit. This place will always be my go-to for authentic food and I will always recommend it for anyone craving birria tacos. Yum!

Third time visiting Valentina's Bakery. This is great for breakfast or an afternoon treat of coffee and dessert. Love the coffee. Peruvian influenced food with beautifully balanced flavors. Excellent service, very clean, indoor and outdoor seating with great food. How can you resist?

First time here. The plaza is big so its easy to miss, kind of in the cut. Food was !! Great prices too. Had the birria tacos which came with rice- I added avocado, refried beans, and a jarritos soda for a total of $23. Plus I had leftovers Will definitely be back. The waitress was very attentive and sweet as well.

I can't get enough of this place! No need to go to Mexico because this is as authentic as it gets. Even though I don't speak Spanish, they are so patient with me anytime I come order and usually just show pictures from fellow helpers post. Last visit I ordered the tacos with the dipping sauce. Have no idea what it's called. Just showed her a pic and I was a happy little school girl when I bit into that first bite. Hubby is a creature of habit and always gets the enchiladas. When we stop by, we always grab some pastries for breakfast in the AM and a it's a sin to come and not grab something from Frulados. Def make the stop. You won't be disappointed with anything you get.

La Union Bakery is a local landmark, beloved by the community for it's inexpensive, fast, and tasty authentic Mexican food. Maria Nieto and her family, originally from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, opened the first taqueria and bakery shop in 2011 on the site of a former pizzeria on Wiles Road in Coral Springs. Some of the bakery specialities include dyed sugar cookies, guava empanadas, conchas, conas, baguettes, yeast rolls, and their best seller, tres leches cake. In 2018 they opened this second location in Margate in the El Bodegon shopping plaza on Sample Road. The pastries are made in the original location and brought here. There is a small dining area and along one wall is a stand serving shaved fruit ice creations drenched in condensed milk. This place is as authentic as it gets. It is food like your Abuela would make. Spanish is the primary language spoken here but the staff speaks English too. I saw a table filled with three generations of a family enjoying their meal. I was fixated on the tacos and I ordered the asada, pollo, and carnitas. They are served in soft flour tortillas with lettuce, tomato, queso fresco crema, cilantro, and lime. I also ordered the pollo flauta and steak nachos. It was a feast. The only problem I had with the food was when my guest bit intro a toothpick left in a pollo flauta. I recommend looking over the food before eating. Other than that you really can't go wrong with anything you order here. The staff was very kind too. They brought me a cup of water while I waited. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, La Union will satisfy your craving.

Owned by Luz, who hails…read morefrom Mexico City, and with a chef from the Yucatan at the helm, this restaurant delivers a truly authentic and homemade Mexican dining experience. With its warm, inviting atmosphere and Mexican decor, the restaurant instantly makes you feel at home. We were greeted like old friends by Luz herself, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Lured by the enticing "$10 for 4 Tacos" Taco Tuesday deal, we indulged in a variety of tacos and other menu highlights. The journey began with fresh, house-made chips and two flavorful salsas - a vibrant green jalapeño and a smoky red morita. The horchata was a standout, creamy and perfectly balanced, while the tamarind drink offered a refreshing tang. YOU MUST GET THE HORCHATA! One of the best I have tried. Our taco selection included cochinitas, carnitas, asada, al pastor, and tinga de pollo. Each taco was a burst of traditional Mexican flavors, generously filled with juicy, well-seasoned meat and served in small, handheld tortillas - a true taste of Mexico. My favorite was the cochinitas! While opinions varied on the asada's saltiness, the overall consensus was overwhelmingly positive. We also savored the street corn, a delightful combination of mayo, lime, cream, queso fresco, and tajin, and the unforgettable birria tacos, generously loaded with meat and cheese and accompanied by a flavorful, non-greasy consommé.I appreciate it was not oily like many places, I was able to drink it all and no heart burns lol! To conclude our meal, we indulged in perfectly fried churros, choosing both the dulce de leche and chocolate varieties. These delightful treats were not overly sweet and filled with sugar, providing a satisfying end to our dining experience. Taco Real offers a true taste of Mexico in Florida, with its exceptional service, authentic flavors, and inviting ambiance. We can't wait to go back for another Taco Tuesday! After leaving with my food, I discovered there was hair in my tacos, which is completely unacceptable. I had to go back inside and let the person who took my order know what happened. She did offer to have a fresh order made for me, which I appreciated at first. However, while I was waiting, the situation became even more frustrating. The person cooking the food seemed to treat the issue like it was a joke, and I noticed a shift in his attitude--he started rushing through remaking my order, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about the care being put into the food. At that point, the overall experience just didn't sit right with me. Between the lack of professionalism and the initial issue, I don't see myself returning. To be honest, the tacos themselves weren't even authentic Mexican tacos, if we're being real. Definitely not the experience I expected for a first visit.
