If you care about detail and want exactly what you ordered, don't come here. The bright pink cake Is what I received. And the the one with the hand drawn hello kitty is what I wanted. The colors were different the design was different. I asked for a hand drawn hello kitty and happy birthday written on the cake with icing and they couldn't do that either. I was so upset because if would've know they weren't able to give me what I paid for I would've placed the order elsewhere! They charged me $82! I could've paid $35 at food for less or Walmart for what I got! Flavor wasn't great either. read more

Honestly since the first time I got a cake from here I fell in love. Their cakes taste amazing they are soft and moist and the filling is not too sweet not blend, it's the perfect combo. The outside is neatly decorated, it looks almost like a replica of a picture I give them Edgar is a very talented man I can honestly say I recommend him I have actually to many people my cousins got a wedding cake from him as well and it was beautiful. So far I've gotten 2 cakes from him one for my baby's baptism and now for his first birthday and I am very very satisfied with their work. I have attached pictures of their work. The cakes are fantastic everyone always asks where I get the cakes because they think they are delicious and look amazing so if you ask me I would definitely come back and get more cakes from them. I highly recommend this bakery. I am from Ventura County but I baptized my nephew in Anaheim and I was in search for a cake. I was a bit nervous since I've never had their cake before but I found them through Instagram and I loved their designs and I saw that people highly raved about their cake. I'm so glad that I went with this bakery the cake was moist and full of flavor. I was able to get a quote through text. The only thing is that they only accept cash and since I'm 2 hours away I had to ask a family member that lives in Anaheim to do me the favor to put the deposit down. It only took this place once to get it right!! The first time I walked in to order my cake he made me feel like i was in good hands even though he had never done a circus theme cake before. I have ordered many cakes from different bakeries and it is always either nicely decorated but didn't taste as great or vise versa, so I was hoping this place would get it right. I also took the risk and ordered extra desserts for my dessert table. A day before I received a sneak peek of my desserts and i was blown away, they were perfect so I couldn't wait to see the cake. Their bread is delicious! My low rating is because they need to replace the young, tall guy with someone that actually wants to be friendly and provide good customer service. I went with my family on Friday and the employee would only give one word answers or shake/nod his head with a superior attitude. We felt unwelcomed and like we were wasting his time by buying from their bakery - he was very despot. And to top it off, he was not wearing a mask! They ask for patrons to wear mask, which we have no problem with, but their own employee wasn't wearing one. My parents went back today and same guy with the same attitude assisted them. And still not wearing mask. This business really needs to rethink who takes care of their customer because with an employee like this I'm sure they will lose clientele. read more

This is one of the greatest bakeries I've been to! Starting from customer service to the presentation and quality of their work! I ordered a cake + pastries from here for my daughters birthday and everything was so GORGEOUS!! Everything was so beautiful I didn't even want to eat them! LOL Because I was running around trying to ensure our party and my guests were well taken care of I didn't get to take a picture of all the treats/cake. So first of all, I know one of the girls that works here, I felt very comfortable asking her for help VIA FB so i did and let me just tell you, the way i in visioned my cake was it being showered in butterflies all in a row flowing upwards, I asked the girl if 100 butterflies would be fine she suggested to get more, so i did, we had met up at the bakery to discuss the cake ideas multiple times, we then added a detail to it and they said the swirls to be added to the cake was fine, The day of my wedding, We had been trying to call the bakery to check status on my delivery, The number we had for the bakery was not in service, As i rolled up, they were delivering the cake, so 5 min prior to my ceremony to start they walked in with the cake, That was the first thing that was wrong, Then we noticed, no swirls were on the cake at all there excuse was oh well they were falling off, but its whipped cream on whipped cream, that wouldn't fall off so they added the swirls, cool no big deal, THEN the girl hands my dad back half of all the butterflies, my dad is like so confused as to why she handed those back because she herself said we needed at least 150 to make the cake look like THE PICTURE, So basically she made me waste my money, Then this girl has the nerve to show us my grooms cake, the cake you eat on your anniversary, there is no ribbon, no swirls, no butterflies, just literally a plain white cake that i could have made myself. I asked her why the butterflies we not out on the cake she said oh, the package said the butterflies were not good after 3 months of opening, Well duh, neither will the cake be good either, but I PAID FOR THE CAKE SO U DO AS I SAY, right? yeah no, then we asked for a refund i was not about to pay for this cake and be so disappointed in it because also, there was no strawberries in the cake at all, and they said we lied, i asked everyone and i cut the cake myself, yeah, no strawberries, they're cheapskates, lyes and they scammed us, Never again will i go back here.
