Located off Beach Bl in Stanton. A good amount of parking. The place is nice has a good amount of tables and seats. I got the Nutella gluten free bear. It was very good and not too sweet. The gal and guy working here were both helpful, nice and friendly. Overall had a good experience here and the bear was yummy I'll have to come back and get it again along with a drink.

I came with my friend as she said this was one of her favorite dessert spots and it was an interesting experience. Interior has enough seating and service was nice. It was relatively clean, the tables were kinda sticky which was meh to me. We got their Blooming Tea (hot), Strawberry Slush, Passion Cherry Pineapple, and Lychee Mousse. The Blooming tea tasted surprisingly subtle and calming, it paired well with the Lychee Mousse as it tasted subtly light with lychee jellies inside. The Passion Cherry Pineapple tasted strong as you can taste more of the cherry's tart. I wasn't really into it as much as the Lychee. The Strawberry Slush was just ok, it tasted diluted at first then got better.

Yelp challenge, 100 challenge, #2025 So excited to try their cute desserts Tried the yuzu mango mousse (compared to French mousse cakes this is definitely a very Asian oriented dessert - not super sweet) it doesn't have a strong yuzu nor mango flavor (not the most delicate and smoothest mousse I've had but I still enjoyed it). I need to try all their desserts still- will edit once I try more of them Ambiance - cute cafe with great tables and couches to work at Service - super nice staff

Food: 4 Service: 4 Ambiance: 4 The Spoon such a neat little spot to enjoy a cup of tea and dessert. When we first walked in, the desserts were beautifully displayed, though no one was at the counter right away. Once the lady came out, she was friendly--though not overly so. We ordered 2 desserts which looked super cute and were definitely tasty, though it didn't completely blow me away. The tea was served in charming little cups that added a nice touch to the experience. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stop--perfect for an afternoon treat or a quiet conversation over sweets. Nothing over-the-top, but I still really enjoyed the atmosphere and would definitely come back when I'm craving something sweet

I been to this place a couple times to satisfy the sweet tooth. Super sick eye candy, petite sizes, and ranges about $9 a pop. From sweetest/heaviest to lightest/refreshing: Dragonfruit Berry, Pineapple Cherry Passion, Yuzu Mango Mousse There's usually one person working hard and polite there. Not much else to say on that end I just get my dessert n get straight to it. The store looked like some cool art deco interior, with really comfortable seats. My ONE complaint, is that I can never seem to catch their dessert specials that aren't in the cases. The really pretty ones you see on this yelp, IG, or their website. They say that they MIGHT get their dry ice on Saturdays which is part of the special. I kinda just wish it was more available, I'm certain it would earn this last star

Overall a casual quiet spot. The desserts were decent but nothing to write home about. Nice if you want individual sized desserts and seems like a nice gift. The service was decent, the bring out the cakes to you on plates which is nice! Wouldn't mind going again when in the area but not itching to go back. Next time I'm intrigued to get a drink. Friend said it was quite good

    Vietnamese coffee & mango cheesecake

I came in at about 4pm on a Tuesday. The cafe was completely empty. I asked for recommendations on a dessert and was told the mango cheesecake was very popular. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and a mango cheesecake. The cheesecake was tart and sweet and creamy. Very tasty but quite pricey at $8. The Vietnamese coffee was also quite good but they only filled the cup 75% and use was too much ice. I think I got about 5 or 6 drinks out of it. It was $5. I sat on a comfy couch with a little bit of sun coming through the window. The visit was enjoyable but o won't be back.

Checked out The Spoon with my daughter. Wow- the ube cheesecake was delicious and so pretty. It was not too sweet and was just so tasty- was very pleasantly surprised. Want to go back to try some other desserts. Nice ambiance.

Easy parking + long lines + hard to find tables + overcrowded for small cafe. Ordered the nutella mousse bear ($9) and the matcha tiramisu ($8). Would not recommend any of these items as they did not taste good nor were they worth the price.

This is a cute cafe with an assortment of cakes and drinks down the street from Knottsberry Farm. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was quiet with plenty of comfortable seating. The selection was a bit limited when I got there so I didn't get to try everything I wanted, but they did refill the kiosk as the afternoon went on. Overall, the desserts here are really aesthetic and there's more cakes I would like to try if I'm in the area next time. As for each: The earl grey bear I came for was decent; it kinds of tastes like ice cream, was super cute, but is lacking a bit of something extra. The lychee pig was so-so. I liked the matcha tiramisu the best! The smoking jasmine was a miss for me; the lychee inside the mousse was pretty sludgy and tart, which I thought did not match well with the jasmine. The cakes were also smaller than expected; the three of us shared four desserts. Free parking lot behind the cafe; just make sure not to park in a residential apartment spot. Service is nice!

I love this place so much. Their drinks are my favorite. It is my go to Ube and Matcha drink place. I hope a lot of people know about this place so they never close such a joy to come here. The staff is super friendly and I love that they have great music and great decor.

A lot of comfortable seating areas

It's probably judgmental of me, but I have this idea that anything that looks good will not taste good, but I was proven wrong. These desserts are aesthetic and so good that it's hard to stop eating them. I love Asian dessert flavors, and they nailed every single one: matcha, pandan, Thai tea, ube, and more. The pastry chefs are so talented at capturing the flavors and textures of a delicate, stunning dessert that I almost didn't want to eat it... Almost. Let me preface by saying everything we tried was genuinely good. However, I did have favorites. My favorite was the flower pot which had a warm, pumpkin-spice sponge cake base and cream. A close second was the Thai tea panna cotta which really encapsulated the flavors of the drink into a small little dessert. My family liked the matcha tiramisu and pandan coconut ube bear more than the above but it's all personal preference. I was also surprised by how much I liked the drinks. I got the creme brulee coffee because I was craving something sweet, but I was surprised that it reminded me more of egg coffee and that the coffee itself wasn't that sweet. On the contrary, my mom's ube latte was sweet and had a good balance of the ube and coffee flavors. The pandan latte is misleading because it doesn't look like it has any coffee at all but it is a prominent flavor when you drink it.

    Matcha Tiramisu

3.5-4 stars. The drink and dessert were decent enough but it took oddly a long amount of time to get our drink and cake, even tho the cake was already made and there weren't too many people. We enjoyed sitting inside their comfortable seating area though so we took the wait time to just relax and enjoy each others company

I sat at the one available table and savored both items. The Biscoff latte was iced, with just enough ice to make it cold. I appreciate that they didn't overdo the ice like most coffee places. The flavor of cookie butter was vivid, sweet, and delicious. The cream top and crumbles of Biscoff added to the visual appeal. The lemon bar was slightly sweet and citrusy, with a tasty thin outer crust, the top of which was sprinkled with powdered sugar. For me, this was a perfect lemon bar in every way. We gave Coffee & a try, the coffee was excellent and provided just the right caffeine boost we needed. I ordered the Cold Brew Latte, which featured New Orleans cold brew concentrate. I swapped out the agave syrup for honey and chose almond milk for my drink, which cost $6.80. The caffeine hit was perfect, and I really enjoyed the flavor. Next time, I might opt for less milk or just stick with the cold brew and honey for a bolder taste. My friend chose the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken, a delightful mix of double shot espresso, brown sugar, vanilla syrup, shaken with oat milk (iced only), also priced at $6.80. She loved her drink and said it would be her go to choice for future visits. Overall, Coffee & is a fantastic spot for a caffeine fix.

I thought the whole thing was gross. NorCal's Phin Cafe is way better, along with the other Vietnamese egg/ube/pandan/etc coffee places that have been hype on social media lately (Phin Smith does not have some of these flavors - they're behind!). - Coconut Coffee The marbling is kind of cute, but the flavor is not potent or good enough. We've had plenty of coconut coffees pop up in NorCal and Phin Smith's coffee was meh. It was just missing creaminess, sweetness, coconut flavor, wasn't too strong on the coffee, and had a little extra water/crushed ice dilution. If rating this itself, it'd be average to below average. We had to add their self-serve simple syrup to make it taste better. We usually don't need to add anything when ordering at various places in NorCal because they actually get it right. - Peach Breeze Disgusting, one of the worst beverages that I've ever consumed in my life. It literally just tasted like someone opened canned peaches and added water to it. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I also asked for half ice and a majority of the thing was still large ice cubes. I don't drink coffee, but I'm not sure if I would have liked their other drinks on the menu considering their best selling coffee was barely satisfactory. Other than the subpar drinks, the inside had some sticky spots and could use some cleaning with actual cleaning product. Lots of people seemed to be enjoying themselves on their laptop, and I saw a few people buy their coffee bags. I liked how there was a cute motorbike outside and on the logo. I'll also add an extra star for having reasonable prices, so I didn't feel scammed after drinking this horrible concoction.
