The cookies cost a little less than $5 each. The price seems reasonable to me when the cookie is good however, you have a 50% chance of not having that complete experience. After my second visit here, each time purchasing for cookies, I've learned that half of the cookies are raw inside. And you have no way of knowing which ones are not cooked. Each cookie is crispy on the edges and quite tasty. If you eat around the outside, the frostings tend to be delicious. I have a preference for the raspberry frosting myself. But raw cookie dough? I've never been a fan. I am not sure why they're not including that in the food description. And the staff do not engage. They merely pushed the box over to you and you need to shut it yourself. Super frustrated. I ordered these strawberry cakes for Valentines Day, and they don't look anything like the samples or the marketing photo. I ordered the strawberry cake yesterday from the Bristol location, and it looked exactly like the photo. Pink, with light, fluffy icing, with a delicate strawberry flavor. The icing was a very pale pink, and had small pieces of strawberry in it. You can see in the photo that the cakes I received are not pink. The icing is pink, but it's hot pink and clearly store bought. It's like they used a can of Betty Crocker because it doesn't taste like Crumbl icing at all. And the piping is super sloppy. The cakes are not uniform in size. One was twice as small as the rest. And the worst part was neither the cake nor the frosting tastes like strawberries. It's just overly sweet. I called several times for a refund, and no one answers the phone or returns call. I sincerely hope someone reaches out soon because this is so unprofessional. Love the fresh cookies at Crumbl!! Love and hate the weekly changes of cookies but it's also I love testing out new cookies and they are always so good! This week I tried the Oreo Tres Leche and that was yummy! I preordered on the app but I'm in crutches and they were able to bring the cookie out for me. Super thankful for that couldn't I can not hold the cookie and use my crutches at the same time but needing my dessert fix! The Dubai chocolate was last week and it was okay. I got two small cookies and cream krispy bars that look like the miniature version and two s'mores cookies with no drizzle or crumbs. I placed my order online at 5 a.m. -- yes, early! -- for a 2:30 p.m. pickup, thinking ordering ahead would guarantee the cookies I paid for would actually be available. What's the point of placing a prepaid pickup order HOURS in advance if you're just going to sell what I already paid for to walk-ins? This is the first time I've ever stepped inside of crumbl and let me tell you, I was not impressed. First off I was greeted(not really sure if thats what I'd call it) by an employee who seemed not rude but just unhappy to be there. They told me to order on the iPad at the counter since he needed to reset the other two. That was it, no hello, how are you, nothing. The ambiance was not very welcoming either, it was extremely quiet and awkward. I ordered a large chocolate chip and a large cosmic brownie for my daughter, and then was told after I had paid and had been standing there for several minutes that the cosmic brownie wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes. I asked if there was another cookie that was available and they offered me three small cosmic brownie cookies in exchange for the large. Wasn't such a big deal since it was for my daughter but still not such an awesome experience when you're spending almost $6 for a single cookie. Needless to say I had bigger expectations. The cookies were still really tasty but I think Crumbl could benefit from having more employees or a better system so their staff don't seem so miserable, and their customers can have a better experience. read more

If you're looking to try crumbl, I highly recommend checking the flavors weekly and buying some when they stand out to you! I got a 4 pack of berries & cream, peanut butter blossom, iced oatmeal, and s'mores brownie last week. All of the cookies were so good, soft, chewy, and slightly crispy on the edges. But keep in mind each cookie is around 700+ calories and the recommended serving size is 1/4 of a cookie, which is bonkers! The cookies are large but still. They also sell mini cookies but they aren't as thick and sometimes don't include fillings or toppings depending on the cookie. The cookie rotation was something I had to adjust to since would come the following week and the cookie I wanted was gone, However, I was politely inform about the cookie rotation schedule. Looks kike they swap the flavors every so often. Peanut butter M&M: this is the best flavor with a good amount of M&Ms spread throughout. Totally excited I have a cookie spot so close to home! We tried the lemon bar and of course the traditional chocolate chip cookie. The lemon bar was cold but it was perfect!
