Overall I am happy with the cake I ordered for my baby shower. It was perfect for what I needed--big enough to feed 60 people with a simple design that would allow me to showcase the special cake toppers I wanted to use. I thought the lemon-flavored cake was delicious and perfectly moist; and even my picky aunt said she liked it. One minor thing I did not like about the cake was that I was told it would be ombre. As you can see from the photo, this cake was not ombre; it was three different, solid colors, without the gradient of different shades. So, it didn't turn out the way I expected and it was too late to do anything about it.
My mother and I were planning a baby shower for my brother's baby shower, and he chose a venue in Stanton, which is not an area any of us live in. Initially, our plan was to purchase a cake local to one of us that we would pick up and bring with us to the banquet hall, but after giving it more thought, I decided to choose a bakery local to the area where we could get the cake, and if possible, have it delivered, to take a bit of stress off of us and our set up... .Soooo, I turned to my old faithful referral source Yelp.... And through Yelp, I found Lincoln Bakery; the reviews were good, and the photos looked amazing, so I went out on a limb and called them up. I asked if they do local deliveries ( They DO), and I proceeded to explain what I was looking for. They asked me to text some pictures so they can give me a quote. The price was well within reason, so I placed an order for a lemon cake with raspberry cream cheese filling and whipped cream icing, and sent over my deposit. A few days prior to the shower, they called me and confirmed all the details, and I sent final payment, and on the day of the shower, they delivered my cake with care. The cake was beautiful, just as the inspiration picture I sent, and OH BOY was is delicious! It was definitely a big hit, with one of our out of town guests claiming it was the best cake he ever had. The cake itself was both slightly dense but also light ( if that makes sense) and perfectly moist. There was just enough lemon taste without being overwhelming, and the raspberry cream cheese filling was the perfect compliment, not at all overly sweet, it was JUST RIGHT. Even with the leftover cake a couple of days later, it was still moist and flavorful. Thank you very much Lincoln Bakery for your contribution to making our event a success!
I ordered my wedding cake here and I don't regret it at all! This place makes very delicious cakes and their recommendations are the best. I got a 3 tier cake and every tier was a different flavor and filling. My wife's favorite was the marble cake with coffee filling, and that was my favorite too. Highly recommend this place for any occasion. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

I ordered on Thursday afternoon to pick up the following day, They told me the cake would be ready by 6pm Friday & as promised I was able to swing by and pick it up at 6 sharp. Definitely recommending this place for all locals!

This bakery is AMAZING! I feel so lucky to have found this little Gem! We don't live in the area, but came in for my daughter's birthday. I called in the norning, sent a picture of what she wanted and the cake was ready when we arrived in the evening, exactly like she wanted!! The customer service, the Cake decoration and the FLAVOR!! The cake melts in your mouth and is delicious. The baker came out and met my daughter and took a picture with her, he even gave us candles. She felt so special and was beyond happy. THANK YOU!! When we come back to visit, we will definitley stop in again. Lincoln bakery is #1!!
My second cake from them was perfect. EXACTLY what I ordered. I wanted a small white heart gender reveal cake with a pink inside that said "May 2024" & it was PERFECT. They knew I had a 2 year old so they even brought the cake out to me when I pulled up! It was so yummy too! Thank you guys so much. I'll be back for every cake I ever need in life!

Well to say this review is overdue is an understatement: my family has been coming to Lincoln bakery since we were literally a year old. They've made all our birthday party cakes, Quinceañera cakes, and now made my wedding cake! When I went to "el Paisano" (as my family lovingly calls him), I gave a request to recreate an "old school" tiered wedding cake, with the fountain and all, in order to bring in an element from both of our parents' cakes from back in the 90s. Well, he delivered more than our wildest dreams! This cake was so elegant and classy, while still having that pop of "90's" feel. Everyone loves how elegant it looked & felt. It tasted DELICIOUS! Tres leches on some tiers, with marbles cake on others. He didn't disappoint, and the cake was actually one of the biggest highlights of the day. He delivered the cake to our venue on time, and set it all up for us perfectly. Can't thank you guys enough!! Can't wait for many many future cakes to come :)
not only were they more than accommodating, but they had had a strawberry filled cake the day of a birthday and they even included fresh strawberries at no charge!! Amazing service he even let us try one of his sweet breads and a banana muffin. both scrumptious they also only charged me for a cake that was strawberry filled and fresh strawberries $35 which is amazing. Everyone LOVED it too!! Definitely definitely coming here for every cake I will need in the future!!
This business makes AMAZING cakes! We have been going here for the past 14 years for our family's parties!! The cakes are never to sweet like some places and during the parties the cake always finishes! Great customer serve, family owned business and they do custom orders and they sell Mexican bread as well!!

I can't say enough positive things about Lincoln Bakery and señor Tony. They did an incredible job with our parent's 50th anniversary cake. They even delivered it to our venue. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. We provided the fresh flowers and they turned it into an elegant masterpiece. Everything from presentation, taste, and customer service was exceptional! I was looking for a last minute birthday cake after not planning accordingly. The day before the birthday party, I was out searching and begging for businesses to bake me a cake that was on theme with be party. After looking into different options, I decided to give Lincoln bakery a try as a last resort. The older male gentleman as this location was my savior that day. He willingly chose to give his service, even though I was a last minute customer. He heard me out and gave my anxious mind a rest. The next day for pickup and the cake reveal, I was enthralled with how excellent the cake came out! I'm definitely making this bakery my go-to for birthday cakes and for pastries. Update Nov 2022 So I've used this bakery multiple times since my first review for customized cakes for different occasions. They've been great. But... this last cake was just unacceptable. I understand that they were busy and prices have gone up. I don't mind paying for the service as long as it reflects the quality of the product. I ordered a cake for our baby shower, a very important event for us, and expected something decent for a cake that's over $200. The cake was so bad that people were making jokes about it. It was embarrassing and we ended up just cutting it and passed it out so no one can look at it. The cake was crooked, leaning to one side, the letters weren't straight, one letter overlapping a cloud, and just wasn't presentable. The cake topper was ours, so you can see the cake wasn't something very complex. It was obviously rushed and they don't care about quality anymore. Save your money and go else where. read more

Oh my goodness! They were able to do the cake on short notice (because it was a small cake) I had called every bakery in the city and got turned down. But Yaneli was super helpful, communicated with me clearly. Took my deposit and had cake ready in time . Everyone loved it . It was for my husbands surprise party he always wanted a baller cake and this one made him smile from ear to ear. More like 3.7 stars. - I wanted to get a simple spiderman cake for my son's birthday and decided to order here after seeing the high ratings. We went in person first to check out the place and to get more feel of the business, the location was a little hidden on the corner just next to Subway. The service I will say though is what gives it more of a higher rating. Tony, whom I believe is the owner, was very helpful to answer all of our questions and he was very nice. We needed our cake on a monday which is not a business day for them but he arranged a time for us to pick it up as courtesy. Picking up the cake was easy and they were on time. My first impression of the cake was that it looked alright, I mean the style I picked was fairly simple & they achieved to make it look similar to the photo I showed them, maybe the red color could've been more vibrant, but overall I was pleased with how it turned out. Where I was let down was when I tasted the cake. We ordered white cake filled with vanilla and fresh strawberries. The cake's texture was sadly dry, more strawberries in the cake would've been appreciated. The filling tasted good though, I do give them that. The cake costed $65. For a customized cake I'd say it was a fair price, but as far as substance it didn't quite impress me. It was worth the try, but we'll probably not order again. Although, I really did appreciate the great service they provided us. read more
I love there cakes. I first got Chanel cake from mu husband he told me 8" was price $70.00 same price on my daughter's birthday cake L.o.L. The flavor is rich and creamy. I love their sweet taste but not too sweet just perfect. We ordered chocolate with strawberry flavor so delicious! I would highly recommend to anyone. read more
Great communication. Great pricing for speciality designed cake, that doesn't break the bank. Friendly customer service. The cake was moist, even after a week later. Icing has just enough sweetness to it. It only lacked one thing, the filling. It was mostly just cake. If there were more filling and even filling it would be a perfect 5 stars. Can't have a cake without filling. I will definitely use them again though because of the other things I have mentioned. read more

Not only is this place a panaderia, but they also make wonderful cakes. We've ordered a few cakes from here, they get it right each time! More importantly, they taste good, the cake is moist, and they look amazing. You don't believe me, check out the pictures I will post. It's in a small plaza but there is plenty of parking. Mind you, they are super friendly! We will continue to order from here even more since we have another birthday coming up! read more

My wife and myself had a dual birthday celebration with over 200 guests . We ordered two cakes as shown in the pictures. Lincoln Bakery makes beautiful cakes and they are absolutely delicious. They are not two sweet and they are light . Everyone loved the cakes . You can choose different fillings and they can design any cake to your liking. Employee's are very kind and helpful. When I was looking around for the perfect cake I was so skeptical about choosing just anyone. I came across Lincoln Bakery and I want to say it was the best decision I could have ever made ! the service was amazing, communication was perfect and the cake and cupcakes oh my gosh !!! AMAZING !!!! I was obsessed ! Definitely went above and beyond for us with our princess jasmine birthday cake and cupcakes !!! Everyone complimented the cake and the taste ! I cannot rave how BOMB this bakery is. The best TRES LECHES YOU CAN EVER HAVE!!! My parents have been getting our cakes here since my 1st birthday party and 28 years later he did my wedding cake. Not ONE PLATE OF CAKE was left. That only means one thing, BOMB!! For my wedding cake I had tres leches with strawberries. FYI: This is just a small cake for the pictures and view, the big sheet cake was in the back. Recommend! Recommend! You wont regret it. read more

I trust Lincoln Bakery and only Lincoln bakery with my custom cakes and desserts. I've gone to them twice for both of my kids' first birthdays. I just gave them my ideas and they dealt with it all with such professionalism. It was so easy to communicate with Yaneli. I love working with her! She's the best!!! She was precise with taking my orders, communicative and flexible whenever I had questions or needed to add more to my order, and so creative, going above and beyond to execute my vision. Excellent Customer Service!!! When I arrived this afternoon and called Yaneli he brought the cake out to my car and deposited in my trunk, so I didn't even have to go inside He made my youngest son's cake before the pandemic and made my oldest son's cake today! Both cakes were delicious, super cute and very affordable! So just thought I'd pass that along. Do you need a cake that's beautiful and tasty with excellent service? Look no more. This place is it! We were looking around for my daughter's Quinceañera cake, after shopping around a few hours we finally found this hidden gem. The owner was super sweet.He took us in without an appointment and to our surprise he brought us many different options of fillings and bread for a group of 5 to taste. This was without having to pay for the tasting like most bakeries charge for a slice of cake. Instantly we knew this was it. He introduced us to his daughter and she assisted us by designing my daughter's cake, as she had in vision . They both made this process very enjoyable and their professionals. My daughter love her cake , I was more than pleased and the guest were blown away with how delicious it was. Highly recommend this bakery and you have a new customer. Thank you so much read more
