This is my favorite place! I have been a member here for over 6 years - it's the only workout I never tire of. I get as many people as I can to join because it's effective, QUICK (30 min workout!) and everyone is fun! I have made so many friends here and it's just easy. You go, they tell you what to do, you do it and it's done for the day. It's a HIIT or station based workout. Anyone can do it (my mom is also a member), and it's always challenging - even after 6 years, but YOU CAN DO IT. Give it a try I promise you will thank me later (eventually). Okay I really love this place. Always clean and such great staff. Aaron is our coach a fit body la verne and he's always so kind. He's great at teaching you the correct position and it's nice to know he's a family man so he really cares about you. I never feel like I can't ask for help. This place is so awesome! If you're feeling stuck and just can't get motivated come try them out with a free week pass. You have nothing to lose, my husband and I started 2 weeks ago and I feel so much better. Like most people it's really hard to get started, you feel embarrassed because of the weight gain especially during quarantine! I piled on 25 pounds! But this gym makes you feel welcome like everyone fits in and comfortable, no judgments. John asked what our goals were and gave us some simple adjustments to kick off our venture. So far so good or I was seriously going to get liposuction. Felt so defeated that I let myself go so badly but feel very hopeful now. Gym is very clean they disinfect everything after each class, coaches are all very helpful and fun! Parking is great, cost is reasonable, classes are throughout the day except Sundays. I love this place! It's the best money I spend on myself each month. 30 minute workouts 3-5x a week are perfect for me. I work full time and have two little ones and I can get my workout done in 30 mins? Works for me! It's definitely helped me lose the baby weight and given me confidence about myself. Never would I have thought I could lift weights, do the core and cardio exercises but I can! The trainers are great and modify exercises for when you're struggling. This is an outstanding Boot Camp. I am a retired military guy who has seen a lot of fitness regimens. The Boot Camp workout as practice by Fit Body in La Verne is outstanding. The two instructors, Cal and Luke are excellent, motivating, know what they are talking about, and practice what they preach. Robert, one of the co-owners, is also a really nice guy. It is a quality place run by quality people. The hours are also very convenient. Plenty of classes. I would highly recommend you check this out. read more

I love this place ! I purchased the 21 day skinny jean special not expecting much results. After 21 days, I felt stronger and more fit. I can do push ups and burpees with not much struggle. I love the 30 minute workouts because they are effective, fast paced and effective. The trainers are very positive, encouraging and motivating. I would defintely recommend this bootcamp to others. I joined FBBC when I lived in Chino Hills about 3 years ago. I instantly fell in love with the encouraging, fun and positive environment. The simple things like just remembering my name made me feel like I was an important member. I moved to Rancho Cucamonga about a year ago and thankfully Cara and John opened up the LA Verne location!! The trainers that they have carefully picked at all three locations are so welcoming, upbeat and constantly encouraging. They are more than happy to modify exercises if you have an injury. The workouts are always different and only 30 minutes which is so so great! Literally sweating the whole time and you're in and out in no time! I cannot say anything but amazing things!
