After contacting 3 other pool service companies, the soonest we could get a service call was 1 to 2 weeks out and one wanted a $150 fee just to come out. Just when we started to despair, we found Clearly Texas Pool Service and spoke to Travis who said he could make it to our place the next day. Considering the response timelines from the other companies, I was a little skeptical that this would actually happen. Sure enough, Travis showed up within the time window promised and quickly resolved the issue. Additionally, Travis took time to give these first time pool owners some helpful information on how to properly maintain chemistry that we did not get with our initial "pool school". He could have kept all this a mystery in hopes of securing a service contract, but instead he showed us how to do it ourselves. This speaks volumes of Travis's honesty and integrity.
