The food at the Villa was perfection. We had an I-40 special ! Yelper had hers single perfect burger with cheese and mayo with chilis. Omg as the Hawaiians say " broke my mouth, bro". Husband doubled everything but chilis and we both had a tall Dr. Pepper. The place was large enough for a crowd and immaculate ! The service was friendly and informative. Walked a couple of seniors through the very high tech kiosk experience with ease. Fresh Cut Fries and Fresh Burger built on a toasted buns. Our fries were hand cut while watched then cooked to perfection! Our burgers were the 1-40 combos. Stacked on the burger was cheese, lettuce, pickle and Hatch chili (not too hot but spunky!). Old time fresh sandwich and fries! And did I mention, the Ice Tea was excellent! Great place to stop in for burgers! Order at the counter and the food is made fresh and fast. The patties are 1/4 lb and you have the option to get a double on any of the burgers. The fries are hand cut and amazing!! The green chili Route 66 burger was fantastic. I also ordered a matcha boba which they were able to customize for me and not add any sugar. Saw the reviews and had to give it a try. Ordered the classic hamburger and fries. My daughter loved the burger and claimed it was fresh no frills just a good solid burger. The fries were fresh and tasty as well. We ordered over the phone for pickup. They do have a kiosk to order for walk-ins. Price was solid for the meal and staff seemed nice. It's a must stop when traveling by. They had a gift shop but we didn't have time to check it. read more

Not your best option in town. Went in last weekend for a quick bite and was a bit disappointed. I guess it started when I went up to the counter to order and was greeted with a kiosk. Fine, I get that labor is hard to come by in a small town but then to be asked if I wanted to leave a tip for a kiosk where they don't provide ANY service up to that point? A bit overboard, even for the excessive tipping frenzy we're in right now. When I went to sit down, my feet picked up something sticky on the floor by the counter - not exactly inspiring on the housekeeping. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was average - good enough for what I wanted to achieve. However, the fries were clearly re-fried and crunchy to the point that they were on the edge and any good cook would have thrown them out. The interior was sparse but again, I wasn't coming in looking for inspiration. I've added a second star to the review as the cook (owner?) seemed nice enough and interested in the restaurant. read more

We stopped at La Villa for lunchtime burgers on the way to Conchas Lake. They were quickly made to order and super tasty. The two of us also shared an order of fries which were just as excellent. The restaurant was clean and spacious. We do recommend that you check that they are open as of this writing they are closed two days mid-week. read more

Good, good, good! We were kinda scared when our overnight trip landed us in Santa Rosa, NM and we started to look at eating-out options on the internet. Not many places had good reviews and we were hungry. We came across Villa and even tho they didn't have many reviews, someone had posted a picture. It looked fairly new and modern and it looked CLEAN. So, we gave it a shot. Glad we did. They only serve burgers and fries (and Boba). But our burger and fries were perfect. We could tell the fries (real potatoes, not frozen) were freshly made in clean oil. Our burger was also good. Beef tasted clean and the bun did not fall apart. My husband said, they could give in-and-out burger a run for their money. If its a burger your after, give Villa a try. Shop next door (connected inside) is also really cute. read more
