Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. He has a microphone in it if you want to give a real tour and communicate. Also, he will let you link your music so you can bump whatever you like. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. I booked with Big C because of the wonderful Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. They will definitely be our go-to charter anytime we are in Southern California. Thanks Clarence!

It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

ACTUALLY , the closed windows were great because of the air conditioning! The windows were plenty big enough to see everything and you didn't smell marijuana all day. . 2. We saw everything ! Very knowledgeable about everything LA even the history . He knew something about everything . Plants , trees , buildings , where stars lived , gee wiz things, even things about the other guests states they were from . Everything !! Too much too list . He enjoyed his job . We did not have a vibrant bus but that didn't stop his overall enthusiasm and motivation . I hope everyone have him a tip. He earned every bit of it . The bus tour was one of our family activities for my 3-day family reunion in late July, consisting of 200 people. About 60 went on the bus tour. My family enjoyed the tour and had phrases of how great Steven and his team were. To top the great service we got, Steven even drove back to hotel that my family was staying in to bring back an iPad which one of my aunts left behind. Now that is beyond customer service!
