They used to have made-to-order food but now they switched to buffet style. It's small but it's special since it's the only veg buffet in the area. I think it's a wonderful and fun switch. I haven't had a "good" buffet experience since I started eating vegetarian 8 years ago!! When we go to a normal buffet, the options are so limited (even more when you're vegan) but it can't be helped if the rest of your party wants to go and aren't veg. The food tastes pretty decent and "clean." Nothing feels super artificial or incredibly greasy or unhealthy. I think the only thing I wasn't fond of was the bok choy because it was a tad over-salted. I would love to go back and try their instant ramen bar too! They had two noodle machines and a toppings bar. On the other side of it is where you can choose from three drinks and add in drink toppings as well. They had milk tea, a Taiwanese black tea, and an herbal tea. All drink options were on the sweeter side so if sweet isn't your thing then just stick to water! Service is mainly just when you walk in and pay for the food so I can't speak much on it. It's self-serve and you throw away your own plates, bowls, and utensils as they are disposable types. I personally think it'd be better to switch to reusable because it would make less waste but I suppose they offer what they can handle within their means. I would definitely come here again!

If you're into fresh, beautifully made vegan food in a peaceful setting, this spot is 100% worth it. The flavors are clean but still rich and satisfying, and you can tell nothing is rushed. My mom has frequent vegetarian periods for religious reasons so we often seek vegetarian cuisine. A…read morelot of our favorites have recently closed down so I looked up a new spot for us to try. I was really excited for Garden Fresh Vegan, but that excitement was short lived. Garden Fresh Vegan is located in a strip mall. There is plenty of parking. The business itself is small. It seems like they are primarily for togo customers. At the front there is a food-to-go area with about 6-8 dishes and a cashier. They were low on their offerings when we came, but that's fine because we planned to dine in. They have a few small tables inside. Service was immediately a turn off. The cashier criticized me for ordering too much, and even threw in that I should have ordered online. Jeez this is my first time here. How am I suppose to know that? Anyways, we ordered the Radish Pancake ($12), Korean Kimchi Pancake ($12), Peppered Oyster Mushroom ($18), Sesame Cold Noodles ($15) and Korean Jajamyun ($15). Ugh. So the radish was SPOILED. So gross. My mom was really mad and insisted I get a refund, but the lady super gaslit us that it was fine. This is something we have had elsewhere and it isn't suppose to taste like that. The Korean kimchi pancake was so so so soggy. This is suppose to be crispy. The peppered oyster mushroom was the only thing that was edible, but it was still overly salty. It was just the best BY COMPARE. Both the sesame cold noodles and Korean jajamyun were depressingly bland. Vegetarian/vegan food doesn't mean it needs to be bland. My mom was so over it, she said let's take it home to 'fix' it. Such an awful meal. I felt really bad for my mom to experience such a bad meal. Had to take her for another treat after for redemption. I gave them a 2 star since I got a refund on the spoiled radish but what I really want to give them is 1 star.

With all the dishes, I loved their pumpkin soup as well, but it was what we had last time without photo. For drinks, I definitely enjoy their hojicha latte, and of course I ordered it again. I enjoyed the thoughtfulness of each dishes, as well as the trusting feeling of how the owner makes sure to get their ingredients from local farms with reliable source. I appreciate all the patience from my waiters. They do make sure I understand my order and receive what I order. Not everything is perfect though. For some reason, I never had good experience with the host. They always told me to sit outside and wait while there's many empty tables. This time the guy obvious took his sweet time and may had forgot I had come in to get table until all my parties went inside to wait right in front of him. Me with a big 9-month pregnant belly stood there waiting for him to take his sweet time to get us to one of many empty tables. That doesn't bother me much. I still believe in this nice spot for brunch and may get dinner next time.

Let me start of by saying that overall I enjoyed my meal here at Native Fields…read more We ordered the garlic parm fries, bacon breakfast Burrito, & Sisig carbonara I also got a cinnamon roll and a brown sugar latte Everything was cooked well and the techniques here are executed perfectly So I have nothing bad to say about the chef, kitchen crew, or ambience Everything tasted fine With that being said I have some feedback on the ratios, portions, and compositions of the dishes Long story short I expected something different I was thinking it wouldve been crispy pork belly for the Sisig carbonara and more of a calamansi forward flavor maybe some Thai chilis This had a braised pork It was more of a adobo stroganoff pasta minus the vinegar taste I feel like the $27 price point deserves at lesser 10% more protein The breakfast burrito has potential to be one of the best but ours was heavy on the potatoes and barely had any bacon the eggs were cooked perfectly though Like cooked to perfection I found the salsa to be a interesting choice but I don't think it goes with the burrito The fries were good and had REAL garlic flavors with freshly grated Parmesan The cinnamon roll we got went great with the coffee not too sweet Next visit I'll try a breakfast plate maybe some French toast

Everything was brilliant. The place has great vibes, smells clean, looks great and the staff are all so attentive and super friendly. I honestly was apprehensive as I have a favorite Thai okay in Weston's Angeles and tried this place for my niece who found it. So I'm relieved that we have a great Thai place in one area. No need for along drive. Now that I know they can make the basics well, I'm bringing my big family to try the fish dishes! Thank you Basil & Co Note - this is a cashless place

I wasn't thrilled with the hands-off ordering approach by scanning the URL on the table and then placing your order. I'm old school and like a menu and waiter/waitress to assist me. They reluctantly acquiesced to our request, and our food was ordered. FOOD: We started with the 8-piece Crispy Wonton ($8.99) appetizer, filled with chicken and shrimp and a sweet/sour dipping sauce. For entrées, we ordered the Hot Basil Chicken ($17.99) and the Red Duck Curry ($22.99), both served with steamed white rice. Everything was delicious, although the prices were higher than other Thai restaurants in the area. Overall, it's a nice place, albeit busy, so you might have a wait to be seated. Food delivery was quick, and the dishes were tasty. I'm sure we'll be back again.

There is a kiosk at the counter so you just choose your selections on the touch pad. They make everything to order so it takes a bit for your order to come out, but it's so worth it. They really pile on the toppings onto the yubu and it's so much that there's not really a single bite where you're only getting the rice and bean curd. Everything was so fresh and flavorful and it can get a little messy trying to eat it. They do have gloves that you can use to eat with your hands. Out of the ones that I've ordered, I don't know if there's a certain one that I like more than the others since they all have such a unique taste. It really depends on what you're in the mood for or what you're craving, but it will be sure to satisfy it. I don't think why it took so long for me to just walk next door, but I'm glad that I was finally able to try it out. This would be the perfect after-class snack for the next times that I'm taking a class next door.
