We All show up 10 min prior to 11 with cake in hand and find out that a walk in party of 20 had been sat just prior to 11 knowing that we had a reservation but I guess since 20 people is a higher benefit to them they sat them anyways. We were forced to wait outside while they "tried" to figure out a solution. They called the owner multiple times and didn't provide us with any reasonable answer. In the end they stuffed all 12 of us into a booth since we weren't about to try and find another location this late into the morning. The staff was apologetic while giving very passive explanation to the situation which was highly unacceptable. This is unfortunately the last time we will be dining here as this situation has left a bad impression on us.
