We hired LA Water Solutions to install a drinking water fountain in our kitchen sink with both room temp and hot water. The business owner Chris worked with us directly and was very thorough in explaining everything. The job was done as expected at the cost quoted. About a year later the hot water tank started to leak due to a manufacturer defect. I called Chris up immediately and he helped me to understand that this can happen due to the high operating temps. Unfortunately it was outside of the manufacturer warranty, but upon purchasing a replacement tank, Chris offered to install the new tank free of charge. If you need a water softener around these parts go no further than this company. I have to say it was a smooth and amazing experience. Our problems started with moving to a new home without a softener that our family was used to in the previous house. I thought at the time it was an unnecessary expense and decided against installing one. I told myself "how bad could some hard water be?" Boy, that opinion lasted until I took my first shower and realized how bad the water was. My skin was dry and irritated you felt dirtier coming out of the shower than going in. You could barely drink the water even with the fridge filter (that basically cleans out nothing). We had a bigger company come out and upsell the heck out of us saying we needed 3 systems in one. The thing that drew me to this company was Chris he answered all my annoying questions and took over an hour to get me through the first call and I appreciated that about him. He was a month out on his work and I waited. The company before him would have charged me double the price compared to what Chris gave me.
