The waiting room was at standing room only, but it is usually like that, especially on Fridays and Mondays. I had an appointment, so I did not wait long. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the entire staff in the reception area. The nurse/phlebotomist who drew my blood was down to earth; she was very gentle and made the blood draw almost painless. The bathroom was clean, as well as the waiting room, reception area and exam room The next day the results were in and sent to my PCP. Good positive experience overall.

I have called my insurance on January before I even went into Labcorp and routine checkup(labwork)is covered. I double checked to insurance company and representative told me same thing as previous person did. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks since my insurance is going to send mail about this matter. Second, about the accuracy, it is supported by the paper that it will be only 2% of the chance to get a false "positive", and I received one. Which has been proofed later I am actually negative. Consider such low chance to get "false positive" by the test it self, it must be either contamination from the lab, or transportation. Even more interesting, I didn't receive my report even after 48 hours, then I wrote the Google review 1 star, next day I received a "positive report" , which proofed later in Canada twice that's actually a negative. I didn't have any symptom BTW. The staff from location Is very nice, just the overall thing is not satisfied, especially the "false positive" will make you worried a lot for noting.

Hey Las Vegas Yelpers!…read more Today was my lab appointment and I was so glad I visited this locale. From the moment I walked in the building I was greeted by a friendly security guard. He sent me in the right direction to get to my appointment. The first great thing about Quest is the app. I love being able to make my appt online. Then when I arrive before I go inside I can check in online. You can also check in on the touch screen panel in the lobby when you get to quest. There is a digital screen that posts the list of patient last names and appt times. It keeps track of who will be called next. Today my phlebotomist was Brianna. She was so good I didn't even feel a pinch. Outstanding!!! She is also friendly and I felt right at ease. I am thankful to have had her help me today. She was quick and professional and my appointment went nice and quick. The waiting lobby is on the small side but i was able to find a seat while waiting for my appt. Parking is not bad it loops around the building. Appointments are recommended but you can do walk-ins. They only take walk-in's when they are done with the appointments. I found that the best time for a walk in is close to closing time. I like this location and it is close to my house. I will def be back. I recommend. Check it out!

I am so happy we found this place. My son has been on a waitlist for 5 months just to get an…read moreinitial consultation appointment for testing. He's 18 months and not talking at all! Our pediatrician said he was very concerned on his autism screening question and said he is showing high risk. So we had started him in speech therapy but there wasn't any progress, so we were really scared about it being autism. I have tried and tried to get him seen but everyone is booked for months and months and months, if they return your call at all! Dr. Julie was able to see him the same week without any wait list! I booked the appointment online. After the test I was so relieved to find out he is not testing on the spectrum. She went over a lot of details and possible causes of his speech delay. Also the best thing, she was able to get our insurance to increase his speech therapy to 4 times a week and referred us to other specialist to make sure there isn't any other issues causing the delay. Hopefully, he's just going to be a late talker. But I'm so happy we know it's not autism.
