This is a fairly small Quest Diagnostics with a pretty small waiting room. I like coming here because it's convenient to my life, I live less than 10 min away, closer to 5. I'd recommend an appointment. You can walk-in but it's so small, the likelihood you'll wait for a long time is high. Although you can get lucky. We had an incidence once where my husband didn't check in correctly and they cancelled his appointment and converted him into a walk-in patient. Even though he had an appointment, the system would not honor it and they quoted him a 3 hour wait time. Thankfully, we only waited about 45 min. The annoying part about this is that everything is done digitally, there is no human reception person so you're at the will of a computer system. I usually just get blood work with the occasional urine sample. Everyone here is pretty professional and I've never had to complain (in my head of course) about the needle sticks or any sort of incompetence. I like that people compliment Brianna and I get happy when I see it's her too because I know I won't bruise. The bathroom is very clean and feels comfortable to use. read more

Hey Las Vegas Yelpers! Today was my lab appointment and I was so glad I visited this locale. From the moment I walked in the building I was greeted by a friendly security guard. He sent me in the right direction to get to my appointment. The first great thing about Quest is the app. I love being able to make my appt online. Then when I arrive before I go inside I can check in online. You can also check in on the touch screen panel in the lobby when you get to quest. There is a digital screen that posts the list of patient last names and appt times. It keeps track of who will be called next. Today my phlebotomist was Brianna. She was so good I didn't even feel a pinch. Outstanding!!! She is also friendly and I felt right at ease. I am thankful to have had her help me today. She was quick and professional and my appointment went nice and quick. The waiting lobby is on the small side but i was able to find a seat while waiting for my appt. Parking is not bad it loops around the building. Appointments are recommended but you can do walk-ins. They only take walk-in's when they are done with the appointments. I found that the best time for a walk in is close to closing time. I like this location and it is close to my house. I will def be back. I recommend. Check it out! read more

Small location, small waiting area - located in the Dignity Health/SDMI building. First floor right next to the Dignity Health urgent care. There is no check-in window, only tablet kiosks. Only 1 was working. The computer screen shows you how many people are waiting. I highly recommend getting an appointment and showing up about 15 minutes prior to your appointment time as you never know how long check in will be at the tablet kiosk.. (some people take longer with technology and that's okay, you cannot blame them). My appointment was at 8:50am, I checked in at around 8:45am and was called back immediately after I had sat down. There were people on the screen with appointments at 9am so it definitely shows that you can just show up around your appointment time. Everyone I encountered was nice and friendly with smiles. Nicole was great. Had to be poked twice only because of the amount of blood work I had to get. Needless to say, quick easy in and out and I definitely will be using this location to get all of my bloodwork done! read more

Came in with an appointment for routine blood work and a blood, genetic screening test and the experience was flawless! I had a 10:30 appointment, signed in at 10:29 and was called back within 5 minutes. The facility is clean, even the bathroom for my urine sample! This location does feel tight and small, almost like you're in a closet! I wish I had gotten the name of the phlebotomist that drew me, she was very friendly, and the stick was very smooth with minimal discomfort. 13 tubes and it was a breeze! Every phlebotomist should deliver this level of care! Will return to this location! read more

I arrived at 1:50pm today as a walk in for a pregnancy blood draw. as I was checking in as a walk in a man tech took my name down and I informed him I was a walk in he told me to have a seat. i'm five months pregnant, and I sat for a good 30 minutes waiting to be called back only for him to come out at 2:20pm informing everyone that they are no longer taking walk-ins. I asked him if that app I've been waiting for 30 minutes, and he told me I would have to come back tomorrow. Every time that I come to this quest. It is always an issue that either closed office too early or don't wanna taken appointments or Walk ins. They don't care about patients here. read more

If I wasn't contracted with my insurance I would never use this place. It's 2023 and even though my doctors office electronically sent over the order for my lab work they still require the pper requisition. No where in my appointment did it say it was mandatory. I emailed it to them and the left me sitting in the lobby for an hour. Again 2023 it can not take that long to get an email. If you can avoid quest please do. We had an extremely excellent service from Gretzy. She is very patient with great care for us since we had two different offers from different dates. I had my blood drawn this morning and had a great experience. I had an appointment for 6:40am and I was out of there by 6:41. I was able to check in on my phone which made it extremely convenient and efficient. I let my phlebotomist know I was very weary of needles and she made it the most comfortable blood draw I've ever had done before, I didn't even feel it! This was the best experience I've ever had getting my blood drawn, this will definitely be my go to location from now on. read more

Asian technician with very short hair was like a soulless robot. Called my name and said room 4 that's it. Handed me a plastic stylus to sign electronically without saying a single word. Jesus. No eye contact, no introduction, no how's it going, nothing. What a weird u comfortable situation that was. No name tag visible either, just a white coat. Last word he said was "you're done". I said ok thank you and no reply, nothing. Holy hell. He also used alcohol to swab but then used a non sterile gauze to wipe the skin after the alcohol. Then used his non sterile gloved fingers to palpate and contaminate the site before sticking with the sterile needle. Dirty and disgusting. Please consider retraining your staff with aseptic technique. Maybe do some kind of personality check before hiring. read more

Open Christmas Eve Located on the corner there are multiple points of entry and plenty of parking. There was plenty of signage inside directing you. Quest is 2nd door on the right and is handicap accessible. Once inside I signed in electronically and waited to be called. I did not have an appointment and expected to wait a while. However, I was swiftly called up by the receptionist to register. Shortly after I was taken to the back in less than 10 minutes. Everyone I met was very friendly and focused on doing their job. My lab draw was pain free and I have no bruising. I am super greatful that they have flexible hours. Got butchered by tech trying to get my blood draw. Tried both arms and she couldn't get enough blood for the test. I felt a burst of pain in my left arm and told her to stop. She had the needle in me "fishing" for a vein. I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment because I couldn't get my labs done. My left arm has a huge bruise and was throbbing for an hour afterwards. This was my first time at the Gibson site and I will never go back here again. What a horrible experience. My last labs were at the Siena site and they had no issues. They were great. read more

Horrible service!!! Today morning, my husband had an appointment scheduled with fasting. When he reached there he was told by Gretzy, that his order was not in & was asked to call the Dr's off & have them fax it. He called his Dr's office 2 times from there and yet Gretzy kept saying they did not receive it. She then shouted at my husband and said"you should have them email it" Really! Why wasn't he told that the first time! Then she gives her personal email and asked him to call one more time and have the Dr's off email to her. By then my husband had enough of Gretzy's nonsense and decided to leave. On calling the Dr's off he was told that they had fax'd the order two days back. We stopped by later at the same Quest lab and since they have no help up front we had to wait over an hour before we could got to talk to a staff member. She took his name and came out after 20 mins to say that they still don't have it!! Are you kidding!! She further said that sometimes the Dr's off say they fax'd the order but they don't! She asked us to get a hard copy to avoid this. Was she joking! Now it's the fault of the Dr's off. The same Dr's off who not only sent the first order two days back, but also was nice enough to fax quest twice when my husband called them, THEY are to be blamed!!!! If you made a mistake then OWN it!!! Stop blaming everyone. Now my husband has to go to his Dr's off and get a hard copy! This is BS! I have many times got blood work done from a different branch of Quest and I have never once taken a hard copy!! What crap is this office doing! I did try to make an appointment over the phone and website but the wait was too far out so I decided to do a walk in. I knew there would be a wait but it honestly was not that long. Less than anyone would expect. About 30mins in and out. I'm weird about needles and the woman who brought me back ( Donna) was So0o0o good at her job that while I looked away she was able to find the vein, draw blood (5 vials) and keep me occupied with small talk all in about a minute and 30seconds. LONG WAIT time! I waited 35min for the lab tech to tell me my referral was not in! Other quest places they have receptionists, which they would have told me right away when you check in. There is no receptionist here they have a tablet that replaced the receptionist. Also there was only one tech I asked her and she was by herself and she said YES! This poor girl was doing everything! and this guy was pissed, he waited almost an hour to be told they don't do drug screen test in this location again if there was a receptionist they would've told him right away instead of wasting his time! The website said that it is only 3 min wait. I picked this location based on this info. It was misleading!!! The receptionist told me that those times are not accurate. And the 3 min is the approximate the time when they get to your paperwork not the time when your blood is drawn. Anyway, I waited more than 20 min to handle my paperwork after I check in. The waiting room is small and obscured. The water fountain is behind a locked door. I do not recommend this location. read more

Love the people who serve me once I am in, but trying to reach someone by phone is impossible. Whenever I need information and call, I get a robot that is no help at all. Ultimately I am hung up on leaving me without the information I needed. The website is bad. It takes a very long time to get to where I want to be. Not user friendly at all! I'm tired of having to spend so much time on my computer just to get some simple information or to figure out how get to where I need to be on your Quest website. This place is new. The waiting area is small, clean and office staff could be more friendly. The technician was super nice as I explained to her my phobia on needles. She did a great job at keeping me calm and collected. Very friendly and attentive to my needs. She was so great, if I ever need to get lab done again, I will definitely be looking for her. Appointment is worthless. Get to the location 30 minutes before opening as a walkin and wait is only 30 minutes. The staff is usually good but I wish there was another lab in Las Vegas as I think Quest stinks! Call them on the phone and talk to a recorded menu.
