I provided my Dr orders, with insurance and ID, and set up an appointment to get my blood drawn. This was super easy and convenient as they came to my home. Roxy was amazing!! I didn't feel a thing, and she was so pleasant and comforting throughout the whole process. Once they take your blood, they also deliver to the lab. It's a one stop shop. I highly recommend. The insurance info and orders are for when Lab 2U drops off your specimens at the lab. It's cash pay for the phlebotomist that is providing the service. Overall, it was a great service that I will use again next time I have blood work ordered.

Instead of providing professional customer service, she spoke disrespectfully about patients once she thought they were out of earshot, even making comments about people in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were skipped in line without any explanation. When I questioned it, the situation was not handled professionally. Another staff member Nicole later joined in on the inappropriate behavior rather than addressing it appropriately. And the rest of the staff members were just goofing off in the bad. In a medical setting, professionalism, discretion, and respect for patients are essential. Patients deserve to feel safe and treated with dignity, not mocked or dismissed. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of their staff.

Consider such low chance to get "false positive" by the test it self, it must be either contamination from the lab, or transportation. Even more interesting, I didn't receive my report even after 48 hours, then I wrote the Google review 1 star, next day I received a "positive report" , which proofed later in Canada twice that's actually a negative. I didn't have any symptom BTW. The staff from location Is very nice, just the overall thing is not satisfied, especially the "false positive" will make you worried a lot for noting.
