The doctors listened to me and always seem to give me the correct meds I need in order to get over my illness. Today was Sunday and over the last two days I was not feeling well at all. All Saturday night and into Sunday morning was zero sleep and felt terrible. Instead of going to church I was able to make an appointment at urgent Care and so glad they were open. They prescribed me 3 different meds which will definitely knock the junk cold illness out! (I had the same cold illness last year and the meds they prescribed me then worked great!). State of the art doctors office. The doctors assistant called me back, did my weigh in, checked my vitals, and reviewed all the medications I'm on. I don't know where she got a list of all the medications I'm on, but I was pleased to see that they were on top of my medical conditions. Then I met Dr. Sena Durakovic. I was impressed with her professionalism. She kept my attention, didn't speak over my head, and gave me a quick exam. I was throughly impressed with the entire practice. They scheduled my lab work, electronically wrote prescriptions and next visit. There are at least 3 other doctors in the practice. So, if you are looking for a new doctor they are taking new patients.

At a previous site in Bartram park, I waited over 3 hours to be seen. I was only in the waiting room at this location for about 15 minutes. Domonique came and got me and was amazing!! Quick and did a great job. Only about 5 days before I was in the hospital for pre-op blood draw... and they blew out both arms... she got a vein on the side and we joked around a bit and I was out in 5 minutes. All these reviews seem silly and much more like some Karen's that were mad they didn't get seen right away and get their way. This place has you in and out so quickly. They accommodated my schedule three times in one week and even managed to help me with a same day appointment. I was able to walk right in without a wait (not true of the big brand labs here) which was great. The blood draws were seamless, almost no one manages to stick me on the first try and she got it all three times on the first try. I'm a nurse so I am always particularly impressed by people with such incredible venipuncture skills. I had to bring my son once and they were super accommodating and put on a show for my son so he would stay calm. Absolutely above and beyond in every way imaginable.
