Like bieng in a treatment facility. They treated me quite, like a patient which I didn't appreciate. It's urine, your not a nurse. Anyway, I submitted a sample and the lady said she was having g problems with temperature. I said, well yea, you sit there and pee, with a door open, a women watching you, it takes longer and it gets colder? I do t know. She zapped it with her gun and it was 94 degrees . She then thought she would tell me what to do!!! She said you need to stay here until you can pee again! SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE WAS GOING TO WATCH ME. I was taken back. I said , no your not. I walked out and told her she was way out of line. Go to everett clinic. These people have to act like they are in a hospital so they don't feel like losers. Pee collectors. Truth hurts

Evergreen Laboratory Services uses billing practices from the 1970's. They will not provide summary…read morestatements of services, only statements for each visit, so be very careful if you make the mistake of having lab workups done on different days for different doctors. They will send you to Collections for a small statement, even if you have paid several large ones in the meantime. As with many aspects of Evergreen, the Phlebotomists and Physicians are exceptional, but the administration and support is the worst I have ever experienced.

So, I decided to skip my lunch break, head over which is out of my way to take a test for another job offer. Got there and the sign was closed with a clock that says to come back at 2PM. There was a person there, on her phone with her back turned to the window. This tells me all I need to know about how lazy this facility is. The audacity to not acknowledge someone at the door and explain " yeah sorry we are closed for X, Y and Z. OR better yet post it on your website OR on the door. PATHETCI. A complete waste of my time. This person is on the clock and should be fired.

I went to appointment here, I was early but they let me in…read more I entered and filled out several forms on paper; which is inconvenient as most offices now use online forms. When the nurse entered, they did a cursory exam of the pertinent areas to start my service and then she began asking intrusive personal questions such as "you don't like to drink water?" and "what did you eat today?" (paraphrasing), which has not been standard in the other places that I've gotten the same treatment at and is frankly none of their business. She was then unable to complete the treatment which shows her incompetence and inability to focus on the task at hand since she was apparently distracted by asking me questions about my personal life, which she shouldn't have been. The manager then insisted that I had "lost nothing" which is untrue as it was an uncomfortable invasion of my privacy and a waste of my time.

I came here just for one xray, so my experience isn't very extensive. That said, the only thing…read morethat bothered me was that I needed to make an appointment in advance to go, which added a delay to care. In my past, I have gotten xrays at walk-in clinics like how you get blood tests, so the appointment situation was a little odd to me. Further, it wasn't ideal that at my first call I couldn't make the appointment because my doctor hadn't yet faxed over the request for an xray. After waiting a few days, I called back to find out what was going on, and the rep allowed me to just make the appointment since I had a copy of the request. One star off because that should have been permitted in the first place. Aside from the strange appointment situation and protocol, I had an exceptional experience at the place. There is a free parking lot there, or easy street parking, free for 90 minutes, and I was given service with a smile--from the receptionist letting me in for my on-time appointment to the tech conversing like a normal person during my xray and gladly and swiftly giving me a cd of my xrays. Bottom line: Great place, but push for an appointment if your referring doctor is lazy.
