I came here just for one xray, so my experience isn't very extensive. That said, the only thing that bothered me was that I needed to make an appointment in advance to go, which added a delay to care. In my past, I have gotten xrays at walk-in clinics like how you get blood tests, so the appointment situation was a little odd to me. Further, it wasn't ideal that at my first call I couldn't make the appointment because my doctor hadn't yet faxed over the request for an xray. After waiting a few days, I called back to find out what was going on, and the rep allowed me to just make the appointment since I had a copy of the request. One star off because that should have been permitted in the first place. Aside from the strange appointment situation and protocol, I had an exceptional experience at the place. There is a free parking lot there, or easy street parking, free for 90 minutes, and I was given service with a smile--from the receptionist letting me in for my on-time appointment to the tech conversing like a normal person during my xray and gladly and swiftly giving me a cd of my xrays. Bottom line: Great place, but push for an appointment if your referring doctor is lazy. read more

I had an appt with them on 5/20 and they called the day before and said they over booked that time so I reschedule for 6/3 in the afternoon and then I get a call again on 5/20 and said that they have to reschedule my appt again because of over booking. i can understand once but twice not acceptable. make me think that they do not know how to schedule appts. I would never use this place again. by customer services all the way around and when I asked for a Manger there was no manager on site. how convent is that. read more

I came here for MCI image and waited Two hours I was here it was only took 20 mins to do my MCI my appointment I came on time. My appointment was at noon. I didn't leave until 2:15 PM. I would not recommend this place. read more

Was referred here for an ultrasound appointment. Unfortunately, I was not seen until over 25 minutes after my appointment time. I understand that medical facilities run behind but it was really stressful to have to wait as my appointment required drinking a liter of water beforehand. I didn't receive any communication about them running behind from the receptionist and was just left sitting in the lobby. I will say the positive is that the actual technician was so caring, kind and communicative and really made up for the long wait. She made the process easy. The actual care I received was great outside of the long wait. read more

Absolutely cannot recommend Rayus to anyone. We went in for an x-ray for my daughter's foot on 10am Monday. We were told we'd get results "that day or the next." Here we are on day 3 (Wednesday afternoon) and every time I call they keep extending the acceptable timeline for the radiologist to read the x-ray and complete the report. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never step foot in a Rayus facility again. read more

Went here for an MRI on my knee. Front staff were professional but annoyed I didn't carry my physical insurance card on me. The waiting area is very quiet, almost cold. Perhaps it's because they are alone in the building and it has a very open entry area. When I went to the actual machine area, the technician was friendly and made sure I was as comfortable as could be. Unfortunately the headset wasn't loud enough to compensate for the machinery. I was told I'd have results in 48 hours, but it was a full week before my doctor received them. I was lucky enough that my injury wasn't too severe, but if I had a choice, I'm not sure I would choose this facility again. read more

Very poor experience. Stood at reception desk for 10 minutes before anyone came out to check me in. I could hear them talking/laughing behind the wall. 2 gals came out and by that time we're 3 of us to check in. The place has a very cold atmosphere, dark and not comfortable. (Kind of matched my overall experience) Gal that took me back was okay but once doc came in and got me setup the two began to talk about the weekend, his thumb pain and vitamins that might help, etc. In the meantime he's placing a needle in my shoulder talking to her and hit something to where he had to pull it out and start again. I had tears in my eyes from the pain and he didn't seem concerned, probably didn't even notice. Overall bad painful experience. Not friendly and definitely not what one would expect. Will not return!!! read more

Came here to get an MRI scan because of a work-related injury. the customer service and the receptionist at the desk were so helpful and answered any questions I had concerning my process to do the MRI. when you do an MRI here they ask you if you want any music to be played while you're in there because it does take a long time and they want to make sure you are not jumping around dancing to the music so their selections are a variety of sounds, country, hip hop, blues and classical music. They also provide variety of sizes as well so if you are a 2X they actually do have a 2X. read more

Called over 13 days ago to schedule an appointment for two CT scans. It was an important test as I have 9 levels fused in my spine and needed the test to see what was going on with the hardware installed. Was told someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment. Waited and waited....didn't get the call until now. Had to get the tests done so we went to Swedish Radia in Edmonds. Got scheduled in three days....good service at Swedish Radia. I would avoid this business and I'm curious how the aged ratings were so high.....based on my experience. read more

Easy to park, which is good; front desk was fine. I had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment and then again when I was taken into the back. Wish they had scrubs for females; the ones I was given were about 8 inches too long and obviously a trip hazard; pretty stupid to give these to a senior with a history of falls. Also, they are cut for a male body; sloped way down in the rear and were uncomfortable. The tech was professional but no patient side manner. I am extremely claustrophobic; I was told there was music, which there was not because the headphones were too bid for the piece that held the head. Also, she couldn't have gotten me out of there sooner; she was already prepping for the next scan. I was really dizzy and could have used some help or further instructions. read more

I suffer from extreme anxiety during injection procedures. I explained this prior to the procedure. Both the Doctor and Nurse were very understanding, caring and compassionate. They answered all my questions and eased my stress level. The front desk staff, was polite and scheduling my appointments were handled quickly and easily. I have had two procedures at this facility and will most definitely return if needed. I highly recommend them for all your diagnostic needs. read more

I have had CT scans with injections At this location. All of the staff here Are wonderful And helpful And make you feel at ease I am scared to death of needlesBut the technicians here Are awesome I'm not scared when I come to this place. I have also had ultrasounds done here And the lady that does the ultrasounds Is awesome Very kind caring And if you're stressed she has a way of calming you down With just words her voice is so kind and caring I would recommend Everybody That needs To have a CT scan Or ultrasound Or MRI done here Because the staff here is wonderful.September 13th 2016 I have kidney cancer And these people help me find it And I was able to keep my kidney because of them I believe And because of the surgeon of course But I will be seeing these people Throughout the years To make sure my cancer doesn't come back And I'm very thankful But they are there for me.
