Went for a basic blood draw on a Friday morning. Had appointment for 7:45AM. Arrived at 7:30. Sat in waiting room until almost 8. No one at the front desk. Heard talking and laughing coming from the back while waiting. Finally some one came to the front. Two other people, appeared to be sales people, also came from the back and left. Got called for my turn, went well. The following morning I got my test results on line and there was no PSA done. The PSA request was on the script. I know because I checked for it when I got the script. That same morning I went back to the lab and asked about the PSA. The tech in charge said it must not have been on the script. When I tried to find a solution (like maybe they still had the script) the tech said she didn't have time for this and slammed the door while going to the back. Not want to cause a bigger scene I left the waiting room. I am now waiting for a call back from corporate. Don't expect any resolution. Will probably have to get another script for PSA and get another blood draw. Please note that the initial visit to this facility was on a Friday when they missed the PSA. The follow up was on Saturday when I had the conflict with the "supervisor" who said she only works Saturdays. read more

as soon as the woman open the door after lunch break around 12:33pm she yelled out yall need to give us time to clock in. there was no hello welcome to Labcorp or simply how are we doing. I strongly suggest that this place needs to fire these rude woman and rehire people who actually cares about others as the company display... First let me say that the staff at the Lab Corp that I go to in North Richland Hills is awesome! Even with it difficult to find my vein they had someone who could. Appreciate them. The issue is that I gave my new insurance card to them at the location and that was not updated. Because of that the correct insurance was not billed. I called LabCorp customer service today and was told that they could only bill in the state my doctor was??? I again said I had new insurance and I wanted the visit rebilled under the correct insurance. They took the ID number and said my insurance company would have to call them!!!! I am like no you can correct the information and rebill it!!! They wouldn't help so I asked for a supervisor. They claimed there was a high call volume! I said I will wait, I need to speak to a supervisor. They came back a few times and then hung up on me!!! I called back, they hung up on me, I called back again and finally someone who knew what I was asking helped me! It took a third call and someone who actually listened to put the correct insurance information into the system and rebill the visit. Seriously, if a person doesn't know then get a supervisor! Lab Labcorp is the large competitor to Quest and after mistakenly making an appointment here, I became thankful that my insurance prefers me to go to the other Lab company. I made my appointment online- which was no easy feat as the hours are very limited. When I arrived, the waiting room was just a sea of disheveled human wreckage all complaining about the wait. There is a self-service check-in tablet thing where you place your driver license in the scanner and answer a couple of quick questions: so far, so good. I find a place to hang outside as there are far too many people in the lobby and far too few seats. There are a couple of seats outside for the smokers so I opted for that. After waiting 20 minutes, I see one person had actually gone in so I ventured in to see what the story was: turns out my timing was good as the lady called my name and asked told me they do not accept my insurance - great. That would have been nice to know *before* leaving work early and sitting there for 30 minutes. In fact, the online scheduler allows you to put the insurance information in and at no time does it throw up anything like "hey, we do not take that insurance". The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The parking lot is a sea of mostly old people going in and out of the different medical places in the strip of medically related businesses there, so use caution. read more

Since Labcorp didn't call me back after leaving several messages to confirm they received my script, I went to the Jog Rd Boynton Beach location to speak to a staff member regarding my script that was sent by my doctor via fax. I wanted to verify they received it. Went up to the window and waited forever since no one was there. Then I called out hoping to get someone's attention. Nothing. Finally a staff member comes up to the window with no intention to help me but says, "I'm on my lunch and when I am done I will help you. I asked how long and she said, "when I'm done. Time passed and finally she returns (With an attitude). She tells me they did not receive the fax so I left. I went home, logged into my Labcorp account and cancelled my appointment, never to return to a Labcorp location again. There are other more efficient, polite and professional labs out there. This place is one of the closer labs available for testing and it has upgraded since I've last been here for blood work! They have a self-check in machine, which is pretty cool! Worst lab I have ever been to besides the one phlebotomist. The other phlebotomist, Rochelle was the worst. She was extremely rude and she ended up moving my purse to another room (without my consent of course) while I was in the bathroom giving a sample in order to accommodate an attractive male who she was clearly treating much different than me with her kind words. She flipped out at me because I didn't hand her the order in the waiting room when there was no one at the front desk when I checked in. She proceeded to lecture me like I was a child and was extremely condescending. They clearly need more people working since the other phlebotomist was amazing and understood where I was coming from. I work in healthcare and I will never go back. There is no reason I should have been treated like this. Unacceptable behavior and to top it all off, they NEVER sent my labs to my doctors! read more

The billing dep is the worst. I habe no insurance and had to pay the full rate at time of service. I called and the agent told to call back for a discount when bill had posted. Called again 2 times and they hung up on me. The second time I wasn't nice because the first time clearly they hung up. Asked to talk to a manager and nothing again they hung up. Don't go here if you need to lay down for a blood-draw. To start, parking is a nightmare. I was seen on time and the office appeared clean so that's why they're getting 2 stars.... I only dealt with one employee but was met with an abrupt "you'll have to go somewhere else" when I asked if they had a table I could lie down on for my blood-draw. I am prone to passing out even if seated so this is a necessary accommodation for both myself and the staff. I don't see why she would deny it if there was such an option so I'll blame Labcorp for not having even one table for such a request. I don't think it's that uncommon and this office appears to be new. What a complete waste of my time. read more

Horribly verbally abused by Rachel at Lab Corp yesterday morning. She was very angry at me for wiping off the chair that I was going to sit in, was mad 'cause I was wearing disposable gloves that would contaminate anything that I touched as well that I would contaminate my car when I got in it. I(I never wear my gloves in the car after being somewhere). Rachel also got even angrier when I asked if she was using a butterfly needle. Her response was nasty and she said "she is using a needle that is used on 2 day old babies". Where can I go to get a skilled lab tech? Thank you. read more

The staff were amazing and very efficient! For the people in the other reviews complaining about the wait times, it's most likely because they were walk-ins. If you walk in without an appointment to a facility like Labcorp (especially in this area surrounded by healthcare providers), you have to expect to wait. Every place works by appointment now, and getting labs done should be no different. If you don't want to wait, make an appointment... the appointment process online is so simple. Whenever I have an appointment here, I am in and out within 15 minutes. I will say that it is unfortunate the wonderful employees here are overworked and understaffed... This Lapcorp is awesome, don't let the bad reviews deter you from going here! read more

Visited 10/24/2020. Find another diagnostic center. If I could I would give the female staff of this LabCorp a minus 5 stars. I was met with scowls on their faces. Techs are argumentative, condescending, combative and unprofessional in every way. Their personal appearance to include overdone false eyelashes, vampire stiletto nails, 3 foot braids not secured and out of the injection chairs/arms is disgraceful. This isn't a rehearsal for a party. They were purposefully slow with their tasks and uncaring. They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treated everyone that walked in and out of that untidy mess where they were working. They need to be working in a low level capacity where there are no people to take the rath of these ungrateful, unprofessional and uncaring women. Karma will catch up with them. They should be fired and reprimanded. They are no asset to LabCorp's reputation. Yes , I would like to hear back from LabCorp. read more

Absolute incompetence. I had an appointment and they turned me away claiming my glucose blood tests would take 4 hours even though I told them that I was informed it would only take two. They kept interrupting me and telling me that they knew better. I left and went up to the Forest Hill location where my two hour test was completed with no issue. Either this team is lazy or doesn't know anything about the tests they are supposed to administer. I'm guessing both. Avoid at all costs. read more

This place is an absolute joke. 3rd time I've been there and every time is a nightmare. Walk in there is not 1 person in the waiting room. I need to take a drug screening for a new job. I fill out my login there and inquire about antibody test for Covid.. she tells me to take a seat. 25 min go by and she tells a fellow that walked in 15 minutes ago that drug testing stops at 3... so I ask and she says yea can you come back tomorrow.. smh. I asked her partner at 315 if I could get the antibody test along with it and she says sure, one would think she would've told me that I'm SOL and come back tomorrow. Well I told "Tania" how I felt about her service and attitude and that was that. The prior time I was there for routine lab work I sat in the waiting room for 45 min saw one person walk out the entire time. I thought to myself what is going on. So eventually I just walked into the back and they said what are you here for?!?? Lolol like yea I'm just waiting for happy hour or something.
