Instead of receiving basic assistance, the receptionist was extremely rude and had a snarky, dismissive attitude. Her behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking a question. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one on duty. The receptionist even laughed and acted like she wouldn't face any consequences, which was incredibly disrespectful. I will be reaching out to her supervisor Tana to address my experience and hopefully I won't have to go further with higher-ups. Customer service should never make patients feel belittled or unwelcome, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope Labcorp addresses FRANKIE'S behavior at this location and provides better training on professionalism and courtesy.

Unfortunately, I received a bill from them stating my procedure was denied by my insurance and Medicare. After countless phone calls to both Blue Cross and Medicare, I was informed that my mammogram was completed 3 days prior to date that would qualify for reimbursement. I have made multiple calls and left messages for the on site manager (Will). Will has not spoken with me nor has he returned my call. The staff is amazing but apparently the management is not.
