Much to my pleasant surprise, I was taken in immediately and the PA demonstrated far greater capability than my "fitter". Now three weeks later my ear canals look like battlefiields, but Accelerated was able to relieve the already damaged canals. I would definitely visit it again and highly recommend it.

Not only did she take her time explaining the instructions of an at home testing kit that I needed to complete (at some places you feel rushed), she also made me feel super comfortable during the blood draw and instructed me when to make a fist, when she was going to insert the needle, when to release the fist, and guided the entire process (some phlebotomists give you no warning and just dig it right in!). I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.

After going back and being placed in a room I was called back for X-rays. The doctor came back and confirmed what I knew about my toe. He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
