HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My 1st time and made an appointment at 9:30am which I had to do a 12-hour fast and waited close to an hour!!! When I checked in, there are a lady infront of me that was told her appointment was at 10:15am, but yet she got called by a lab tech...before me, my appointment at 9:30am. A gentleman walked in at 10:15am...at 10:17am, he got called by a lab tech, before me. At 10:20am, I noticed my name was no longer on the screen. Asked the person at the front desk why was my name no longer up on the screen. Her response 'He didn't call your name?" FINALLY got blood drawn at 10:24am. I don't understand this kind of treatment...to be treated this way is so unprofessional. Been going to Quest for over 2-years and they were ALWAYS ON TIME...I have NEVER waited for over 5-mins with an appointment! But now I have Medical due to a stroke so now I'm stuck with Labcorp that doesn't honor appointments on time especially when fasting is involved. My recommendations...go to Quest if you have the choice. read more

I was lucky enough to schedule the night before for an early morning appointment. After checking in I was put into a room pretty quickly. Frankie did a wonderful job especially after I told her I have anxiety with needles. I would definitely recommend this location, this is by far the best labcorp I have been to. read more

It's been over 2 weeks now, no stool test results. My doctor got the results, I called the doctor and he said that he is ok for me to have the results. However labcorp did not uploaded the results in their app. Never had to wait for 20 days for any test results before. read more

Okay so i made an appointment last night. i had a request on paper for all the blood work i needed to have. the lady at the front, i believe her name was kian or kiana, was very rude!!! she didn't let me go ahead with my appointment because it needed to be "physician approved"!!!! girl!!!! it was approved by my PCP which was stated multiple times. i even walked over to my doctors office to get ANOTHER approval. this is my first and last time i'll ever be coming here. i know that's her job, but she had major attitude. read more

Greedy company doesn't believe in hiring a receptionist. Only way to check in is a Kiosk. Ridiculous! And no other instructions in case you have trouble checking in. At least 5 people left the day was there. The waiting room is crowded, 40 minutes behind (yes, I was fasting...ugh). Staff was overworked the day I went. Just an overall miserable experience. Sorry, LabCorp. Keeping us waiting for over 90 minutes in order to hand us a take-home test packet was crazy bad service. Waiting in a queue for a test is understandable, but not to receive a take-home packet. Apparently, having a reservation gets you to the top of the queue, but I had never thought to make a reservation to pick up a packet. I will stay with Quest in the future. read more

This office is brand spanking new. The whole medical building where they are located is brand new. They closed the other office at George Cushman st. First thing I see when I walked in was Dillon my favorite vampire. He is the best at drawing blood! Never feel a thing....thats the way I like it. Office is nicely arranged and decorated. They are on the second floor. You have two options: stairs or elevator. Plenty of parking. read more

I wish I could give this negative stars. The service was awful. To begin I entered the waiting room to find an elderly man waiting in front of me with no one working the desk. We chatted and he let me know he had been waiting "the better part of ten minutes" without being acknowledged. We waited another five minutes and the door finally opened with a patient walking out so I took the chance to pop my head back and ask if anyone was working the desk stating we had been waiting for 15 minutes. I received a very curt response from a woman who told me it had only been five minutes since she was up front, obviously a lie and she was rude. Then she insisted we only check in at the kiosk and I explained the kiosk was not working. She rudely took my order and said she would get to me. Service was unacceptable, not because of the wait alone but the curt rudeness of the employee. read more

Excellent labcorp location, so much better than my experience at the Wildomar location. The check in process was quick and easy. Then the front desk staff and phlebotomist were extremely friendly and did an excellent job taking care of me while I had my blood drawn. I asked for a butterfly needle since I bruise very badly and the man was very accommodating and respectful to my request. He was very fast and did not cause me one bit of pain. I went to this lab because the one I usually use opens later and I needed to get to work on time. In the past, this co. has billed me extra above what the contracted reimbursement rate is and I tend to not do do business with them because they gouged me more than once before. In addition, they gave me attitude when I called the billing department to see if i could get it worked out. Anyway, I needed the work done early so I stopped by. When I entered the lobby I greeted the person at the desk with a smile and she directed me to a computerized kiosk where I entered all of my billing and ID info. I then sat down only to be called up to the counter to put my name on a log. This log had 3/4 of a page of names on it and my thought was "Why the HIPPA violation when you don't need to?". Anyway I sat down and waited. While waiting, the person behind the counter listened to a voice mail, on speaker phone, and everyone in the lobby listened along. It was a guy who was trying to verify his orders were received and was requesting a call back. He added, "I called two days ago and nobody has called back... Can you please call me back...?" The person behind the counter disconnected the call and didn't call him back (not while I was there anyway). Then a customer came into the lobby and asked a question about her orders being faxed over from another lab. The person behind the counter said "Faxes don't communicate so we wouldn't have received it" I was floored. The staff member pretty much made up a BS answer that demonstrated she didn't know anything about her job. The customer who asked the question just gave up because they realized trying to work through that nonsense wasn't worth the effort. I couldn't believe it. They did take my blood without an error. They have that going for them. read more

Incredible experience at this LabCorp for my 7 year old! This was her 2nd time in a month getting lab work and her first experience at a different location was less than pleasant. Tana was AMAZING with her. She was understanding and reassured her that she would do her best to not hurt her. She explained every step as she was doing it. While my daughter was quite hysterical out of fear for the first 5-10 minutes, once Tana wiped her arm my daughter calmed down and closed her eyes. Next thing you knew it was done! My daughter did not even know Tana had inserted the needle until it was already done and over with. Yaseen (I believe that is the gentleman who came in to hold my daughters arm) was also very kind and reassuring. Will 100% bring her back to this location in the future if more lab work is every needed. I cannot say thank you enough to Tana and Yaseen for their patience and kindness! read more

I have been going to Labcorp on Temecula Parkway for years .... I am always pleased with the staff and their friendliness , knowledge and efficiency. I get blood drawn regularly due to health issues and I look most forward to seeing and having Keyuana as my PST Specialist. She knows how tricky my veins can be and gets it right each time !!! No bruising and no vein digging and no pain! I absolutely adore this beautiful gal as she makes me feel right at home. She makes the difference in why I choose this Labcorp location. There are quite a few choices to have lab tests and blood work completed though I highly recommend this location. Additionally the staff and facility is clean and set up for safety and efficiency. read more

Wow! Worse customer service, I need blood work ASAP done for an emergency procedure I'm getting done Monday and the middle eastern guy in the front straight turned me away, reason was for no insurance card (which I have ordered many times but never received) not to mention when I first walked in he just yelled across from his desk asking if I checked in already. He would not look it up with social he said he couldn't and didn't even look at my blood work order (which has ALL of my Insurance info on each page and the barcode needed. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I called my dr and he said to get them on the phone so he could talk to them as this is an emergency and when I tried to walk in. Door was locked. That makes sense, he didn't want to work even though I walked in before they closed. I will never ever go to that place again. I rather switch to Quest Diag. Even if I have to switch insurance and drive farther to avoid this Lab Corp. read more

I am someone who has a very bad needle phobia and unfortunately I am needing surgery. That said, I have to get preop's to be cleared for surgery and went to this location on 10/8/2020 and was very nervous about what was going to happen. A man by the name of Yaseen (I think I spelled that correctly) was the one who did my draw. He was the most calming and caring person I could've had under the circumstances that I was in. Afterwards he stayed in the room to help call me down and get me back to a point where I'd be able to leave and not have any further issue and was so caring and non-judge mental about the situation that I was in. Not that I ever want to have to do this again, but if I did I would go to this location because they do have kind and caring employees there. read more

This place is so small, we were overflowed to the hallway, where I sat on the floor. I had an appt so my wait wasn't long, and they were quick once I got back to the room. I completely understand that things are ever changing due to Covid. That being said - I tried book an appointment online and there were 0 appointments available for 2 weeks with any LabCorp location with 25 miles of me. So I did a walk-in to this location, I checked with the kiosk & it said that I could wait in my vehicle or at a local location & I would receive a text when it was close to my turn. I left after waiting an hour in the hallway. Of course as soon as I got to my location, I get a text saying it was my turn to check in, I rush back to the lab & yes I hit every single red light only to be told I should have waited in the parking lot & they will see what they can do to fit me in. I'm starving haven't & the tech walked off with my insurance card. Again- I know things are different now because of Covid & tensions are high, but come on, fix your website to allow for appointments to be made further out than 2 weeks, or change your kiosk to say wait in the parking lot, or have the A/C going in the hallway. read more
