"You're all done sir" The girl at the reception desk with the two braids in her hair came by the area where I was and gave the "signal" to the woman who was taking my blood. Rude staff. Stay away. They open at 7am how can they be late at opening. Just an update it's 815 and I'm finally out after the girl misses my vein. She has to call somebody else and has the audacity to say I talked him into coming in to draw your blood. This place is a joke I would never come back here again.

The waiting area was packed in like sardines, and since I never received the text notification the office says they send when it's your turn, I couldn't wait in my car like their system suggests. Instead, I had to stay inside a crowded waiting room and keep checking to make sure I didn't miss my name being called. The front desk has no clue what they're doing. I will never go there again .. expect to wait here the whole system was disorganized and wasted a lot of time sitting in an unhealthy crowded small room.

My little one eventually calmed down when she realized there was no pain, but the ladies were AMAZING! There was no wait as we came as a walk in, but more importantly, the staff treated my daughter like a rock star and I could not be more thankful for how our experience was. She got to pick out a bandaid, got some stickers, and left the office raving about how great getting her blood taken was. (I on the other hand was still a mess) You won't get a bad remark from me after today!

I was in and out in five minutes with a nasal swab completed by an MA. I didn't see a physician or a midlevel provider at any point. To my surprise, I was billed $1,025 for this simple rapid covid test. When I examined the claim submitted to my insurance, I determined that I was charged twice for a new patient office visit. I'm laughing because not a single clinician examined me at any point nor was any proper new patient paper work or a new patient history collected from me by the MA or clinician. This place is fraudulent with their billing practices. They need to be closed down for unethical practices. It is downright unethical to charge people for services not rendered. Breast Biopsies: First, it took a few months to actually get this scheduled, not with them as a whole, not at all, they were fantastic.. but with my Insurance. Anyway, made my appointment and the long and short of it is, the staff, especially my nurse who held my hand, wiped my brow and talked me through the pain, because it hurts a lot, gave me water and helped me remain calm and breath. She is an absolute angel & if hadn't been for her, I don't think I could have managed, my biopsy's were 1 day 8:30a-12:30p, that's a long time....and Like I said b4- do not let the fear and the it can't happen to me---dissuade you from taking care of yourself, I put it off for far toooooo long. I highly recommend this location for medical care. I see that others have not had the same positive experiences or desired outcome, but I can only speak for myself and my experiences, which have been positive and exemplary.

The first time I checked in (last year), I was subjected to racism by a staff member. This year, I faced homophobia and disability discrimination. Despite having accommodations approved by my doctor and PSI for testing anxiety, the proctor refused to place me in a private room as required. Instead, I was told to test in the general room, and when I insisted, I was put in the break room where the staff member even said, "I make my coffee in here, hope you don't mind." That is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was denied a calculator until I specifically asked for one, and I was given 65 questions instead of the expected 60. The repeated lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability at this location is alarming. Do not come here, especially if you are a minority or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. This testing center has demonstrated a repeated pattern of racism, homophobia, and discrimination against people with disabilities. No one should be treated this way while trying to further their education or career.
