I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and taken cared of in the best way by my phlebotomist. I didn't get his name but he did so well with keeping me calm. I'm not afraid of needles but blood does make me a little anxious. The flow was quick and process was easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I thought I would be seeing the usual person I always see, Tito. And even told my son prior, "you'll get your blood drawn by someone who always draws my blood, his name is Tito. Hopefully, he's there." To my surprise, Wendy greeted me after I did a mobile check in, inside my car, which might I add is very convenient. The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood. Needed the blood draw for allergy tests. Quick, simple and easy.

This past time the young lady helped me with a personal issue I was having getting the labs. I was brought in almost immediately but I do make appointments. I never come in as a walk in! I am still waiting for my Total Glutathione levels but the rest have come in! They were great getting them back to me and my last blood lab was with be there by December 3rd. He had to call on another person to draw blood from my other arm. She came in 10 minutes later, laughing like Dr. Hibbert from the Simpsons. I let her know that I was not happy about their service. She laughed even more saying that's too bad, they are awfully busy. I told her about several walk-ins being treated before my appointment time, but she didn't seem to care. You hand them your ID and health insurance card... and the rest is done on your phone.. so easy!!! I don't feel the wait was very long, especially for a weekend at an urgent care. I was seen rather quickly and my entire visit, including X-rays, results, medications and paperwork was just over an hour. I think I take longer at my regular doctor sometimes!!! Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor explained everything to me, they gave me some shots to get thru the day... and I think this was an amazing experience! After being transferred, the woman who answered immediately had an attitude and asked what I needed. I explained that I had just been transferred over and assumed they had already given her context. As I started explaining my experience and asking follow-up questions about what exactly was tested for, she repeatedly cut me off and said, "If your throat culture is negative, it's negative." She also kept saying she wasn't the provider and couldn't tell me much, which I understand but instead of offering help, she rushed me off the phone and said she had a line of patients waiting. I responded that I'm a patient too a paying patient and I had reasonable follow-up questions. Rather than trying to help, offering a callback, or transferring me to someone who could answer my questions, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Being busy is understandable, but that doesn't mean patients who already paid and are still dealing with symptoms deserve dismissive treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for quality care and communication.
