If you're going to do away with having a receptionist to triage appointments and work orders then at least have a system in place. It's chaos, company doesn't care at all. I made an appointment for my 19 month old baby, there was no option to find a pediatrics specialist Phlebotomist. When we were finally called back I was told they did not have that option. I had to hold my baby down as one women tried to draw her blood and another woman helped hold her arm straight. The one holding her arm was very nice offering my daughter stickers and sweetly talking to her,but the one trying to draw her blood did not get the sample even tho we were holding her very well. My poor daughter was so afraid and screaming crying the whole time. The phlebotomist seemed to get upset and said it was my daughter's bad veins and she moved and they could not get the sample. I understand she's a baby and very difficult to get a blood draw on but why is there no option or anyone to talk to to try and find some who has experience. Awful , scary and just not processional. Bad company practices in general. Never going back. I'll be paying a specialist to come to our house.

He took me back then told me to call the doctor regarding my order, and told me to do it outside. I asked how I would get back in for my appt, and he said he would look through the glass door of the lobby periodically. Well, my doctor faxed it over immediately, and I returned to the lobby in less than two minutes. I then sat there for nearly half an hour and he did not check the lobby once, as he said he would. Eventually I had to request help on the kiosk after sitting there for almost 30 minutes, which is when Suzy came to take me back.

Do not go to this place if you're collecting disability during your recovery. Plus, they charge $7 just to complete the form for you. I have been on disability twice and those groups didn't charge any fees. This is the only group that charge the fee. Thanks, OCWMP, for milking your patients while they're disability and have no control over the charge since only the doctor's office can complete the form.

Consequently, the wait time and billing errors have increased while the overall experience of venipuncture has really declined. The staff have no sense of urgency or concerns about HIPAA. They openly disparage and talk about patients in front of them. Very unprofessional. I signed in with only 1pt after me. They skipped me over and didn't even apologize. I didn't think I would spend more than 45 minutes there for simple lab draws. The worst part was the billing errors created thanks to them. It took me well over 9 months of back and forth to straighten it out. Hoping to never return to this particular lab again. It's too bad because it used to be a good lab.

Savanna did a wonderful job explaining what she was going to do to our son in a way that he understood. She was quick inserting the needle and even sung to him which helped calm him down. He cried a little but was quickly distracted by Savanna. When we left the appointment he asked if she could be his new doctor forever! It was very sweet. I can't express enough my gratitude for her.

The phlebotomist was a Russian Italian gentleman. Note: I had recently given blood at Red Cross. They bruised my left arm and had trouble finding a vein. Then had trouble with right arm too. Labcorp, one small pinch, blood drawn and it was done. Best experience!!! Worth the drive (22 minutes) from Laguna Niguel. Excellent experience!!

My technician, Alex, who drew the blood did an amazing job. It was practically pain free. Alex was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite & very attentive. I would highly recommend this Quest location for anyone needing diagnostic testing.
