Then, was my time to go in . Armand helped me to check with my oxygen level and the other things that needed, he was great . The doctor Maharsi was even better, very nice , expian how i should go about my medication and others things I needed to address . I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I brought my son in with a deep cut on his elbow. Before paperwork and co-pay, they looked at it. After I paid and waited, the doctor only cleaned the wound, then told us to go to the emergency room. I paid for a visit that didn't help my child and only delayed proper care. read more

A complete waste of time. Had an appointment, showed up early as requested by the clinic (via text and email). Waited till 45 minutes after the appointment to be told that the doctor has more patients and that I was 3rd in the queue. Was not able to wait another 45 minutes plus for this and left. But a complete waste of time... with the technology that Marque has why don't you communicate to your patients that you are running behind and give us other options. That way patients do not sit in a treatment room awaiting a doctor when she has no intention of seeing her patients within the timeframe of their appointments. read more

I just had a procedure done at this urgent care for an ingrown toenail that got infected. Lisa removed half of my nail. Took my mom here after she fell down. She was in a lot of pain. We didn't want to wait at the hospital. Atmosphere: 5 stars. The place is clean and decorated for the season. Service: 5 stars. People are friendly. X-Ray tech is nice. Front desk people are polite. Value: 5 star. Covered by insurance so basically she didn't have to pay anything. It is hard to beat but she pays for health insurance. It is the kind of thing you never want to have to use but when you do you can be happy with yourself for having it. Quality: 5 stars. The results were that she didn't have an fractures or broken bones. We were really happy with the results. Of course, they don't make the results just detect and report them. Regardless, the process was fast or at least faster then I'd expect it to be at the nearest hospital. Also, it is not crowded. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Had an appointment for 12:45. I didn't make it into a room until 1:40. Mind you it was only me in the waiting room actually waiting for a room the whole time. While I'm waiting there's two unattended little kids participating in a WWE match screaming punching each other biting each other flipping tables. The staff doesn't stop them for 15 minutes of this madness. Afterwards one of the staff returns and these people walk in with chipotle and the whole staff leaves and starts eating When I finally get in a room it takes over 30 minutes for a doctor to come and actually see me. Mind you this whole time I can hear them eating chipotle and playing tik toks through the door.The doctor was then incomprehensibly incompetent. I cannot stress enough how much this all felt like a looney tunes episode. I left my appointment at 2:45 pm unbelievable. read more

I initially came in for a work-related shoulder injury, and not only did she help relieve the pain--she completely transformed the way my body feels and moves. We've since started working on my knees, and I already feel a huge difference. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she actually cares--like remembers what's going on in your life, checks in, and tailors treatment to how your body's feeling that day. My spine is more aligned than my schedule, and that's saying something. I took my family in as they have been sick for the last couple of days. Their pediatrician didn't have any availability so marque was my next go to and happy I did so. I was immediately greeted, and the gal at the front gave exceptional customer service and immediate assistance. We had 3/4 of our family feeling sick so the fast check in process made it even that more easy. We were greeted to the back where we were treated with the utmost respect and quality care. In the examination office my family was treated for their illnesses with much information just in case we needed any further information and found out what they have. It's so unfortunate for me to even write this review. I took my two year old son to Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo on Saturday night in desperation that they could help me figure out why his fever was so high. He had a fever of 103.6 with bumps all over his body. They saw me within 5 mins, which i was so grateful for. The "doctor" looked at the bumps on my sons body & said that they were nothing to be concerned about. Then he looked in his ear & said he had a double ear infection, then put him on antibiotics. It's now Tuesday, my son hasn't shown any signs of progress. Fever, bumps, etc. I decided to take him to his regular pediatrician; it's Hand Foot Mouth. So we've been basically putting everyone in harms way since. This review is to warn people of how thorough these "doctors" are at this urgent care. Thank you so much. read more
