I have been to several LabCorp labs and their wait times are horrible, however, this office is well managed thanks to Alice ( a tenured tech and office lead). The techs are pros and a pleasure to deal with. Maybe LadCorps operational leadership should use this location and its methods as the gold standard for the patient experience. Lastly, why did LabCorp close there Hazlet NJ office and then cause wait times to exceed 2 hours in Matawan and Little Silver, causing patients to drive to Ocean county for lab work? read more

Worst Lab Corp in the area. It's always complete chaos. Office is perpetually under staffed; wait times are insane!

The process from start to finish here is very efficient. As soon as you enter you check yourself in with your driver's license. No waiting, unless someone's using the machine, but it takes literally 10 seconds. How great is that? The front desk staff is very friendly and the back staff is very efficient. There is only one bathroom and sometimes there's a wait for that, but as I was waiting to use the rest room one of the techs came up to me and said "room 4 is open." When I came out of the bathroom, my folder was in room 4 and the technician came in immediately afterwards. I did not get any bruising from the blood work and I can't say that hasn't happened before. I don't know about others experiences and if they've made changes since then...but this place runs like clockwork. At least that's been my experience and I've been there 3 times in the last 2 months. read more

All the staff was great. Hard working and efficient considering how busy they are. I did have to wait over an hour but that is because I didn't make an appointment which I suggest you do. They only have two chairs in the small waiting room which is a shame as they use to have seating. You go to the kiosk and sign in with an id. The blood test was perfectly done. read more

Terrible experience. The waiting area is dirty and has a weird smell. There's only one bathroom. The person who drew my blood stabbed me so hard and my arm is still throbbing. It hasn't even been an hour and a bruise already appeared. I have had a lot of much much better experiences. Will not be returning here. read more

I needed to get some follow up blood work at the Labcorp on Rt 33 in Neptune on 11/3. The staff at check in was very welcoming( sorry I did not get the young ladies name who signed me in) and quickly turned me over to the hands of Leo for my blood work. He too, was extremely pleasant and took time to explain the procedure. I advised him I was on medication and he was extremely careful where to and how to get the blood. Well done! read more

Never again. people at front desk with faces like they just sucked on a lemon....nasty attitudes ....Get another job if u r that unhappy! Ur working w people , if u cant handle it , do something else! They have a kiosk check in that OBVIOUSLY is not a good system as EVERY SINGLE person that came in asked at the desk if they did it correctly but they get annoyed when people ask. Then they say your name but you can barely hear them bc theres a glass partition that blocks the sound from traveling and have a tv blaring. So nobody knows if they said come back , go to the window , etc . they get aggravated bc they have to repeat themselves when nobody understands! They told me to go into room 2 which had a person in it already but they proceeded to yell at me , like im an idiot , "ROOM 2!!!" . Then they said "oh sorry, just go in the other room " ... hopefully they dont mix up samples like they do rooms and people!!! I would like to say that the lady w short blonde hair was pleasant enough and did a good blood draw . She did try to tell me something about my insurance which was 100% incorrect however. feel bad for people that dont soeak the language well , cant advocate for themselves, and arent in the medical field and know how things work! read more

Been going here for years and have never had a problem. I've always had an appointment and I get right in. The kiosk is easy and very self explanatory. I just left there with my daughter. Thanks to Maria who took care of us from start to finish the whole experience was a breeze. Maria is a 110 percent professional. The last time I was there with my daughter she fainted. Maria is kind, gentle and very calming. We left there without an issue. read more

Was kept waiting 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. I don't find the staff particularly rude. They are simply understaffed and overworked. The waiting room was packed and people were confused by the kiosk. The place is very chaotic and disorganized. I'm going to try another location. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this location zero stars I would. I went here with my 8mo old daughter and scheduled an appointment online. First I was forced to wait over an hour even with an appointment (with an 8mo old!) then when they finally were checking me in the lady was rude and obviously not happy about working there. Several employees (I think the manager included) were taking personal calls on their cell phone while there was an obvious backlog of people waiting. When we were finally seen, the male technician was not prepared and by this point I was desperately trying to keep my baby calm because she was super fussy. Finally he got started and clearly was not trained in pediatrics. He had to call another technician to help, and she had the audacity to make a joke about me being a "first time mom" when I was obviously stressed already for waiting so long. I let the male technician poke my daughter 5 times and then the female technician tried and I counted 6 times- all the while my daughter was hysterical. I finally told her to stop and I was leaving. I have never experienced such subpar care in medicine. DO NOT GO HERE with children, they are NOT pediatric trained. read more

April 21, 2018....I just returned from the Manasquan location of LabCorp. I have been using this location for many years, where I have consistently received mediocre customer service...... at almost every past visit I encountered rude personnel in the reception and intake process, and procedures that seem to change each time I require service..i.e...leave them my credit card for possible uncovered charges; don't leave my credit card. This morning was the worst experience EVER...I was told by LORI, in a very loud and rude manner, that Saturdays are "Appointments Only", despite nothing contained on your website, nor any notification on the door or on the property of your facility. As an aside, I have repeatedly tried over the years to make an appointment for a Saturday on your website, NEVER succeeding. Lori, continued to confront many of the incoming customers, in her loud, rude and nasty manner, with the same information..."Saturday's are now Appointments Only!" I can honestly say the majority of the customers this morning DID NOT have an appointment. Why would LapCorp hire such rude and nasty people in their reception and intake area? And, why would LapCorp institute such a policy inhibiting those of us who work from having the benefit of walking in on a Saturday for our medical workups? Why not make another day of the week "Appointments Only" rather than a Saturday? Or, have "Appointments Only Saturday" only once a month? Because I work long hours, I don't have the luxury of spending my work hours trying to either make a Saturday appointment online (which, again, I have NEVER accomplished) or spending time on the phone trying to secure a Saturday appointment. I have the sense that this policy was instituted more for the staff who might not want to deal with a jammed packed Saturday than for the benifit of your customers! Customer Service seems to not be a priority or concern for LabCorp, for if it was, someone like LORI, or other rude and nasty reception or intake personnel would not be working there and there would not be such a policy of "Appointment Only Saturdays"! read more
