I had an MRI today and the staff/radiologist's; Steven, Abby, and Christine, were exceptional! From beginning to end, having this imaging test with them put me at ease. I would actually look forward to having another MRI if I knew it was here with these great people! (Seriously). I have been here probably 15 to 20 times in the past two years i have never had a problem the staff are pleasant and professional

No woman wants to hear the C-word when it comes to regular breast checkups. But, it happens and you roll with it. The staff here really got my appointments set for me- I actually had to have more than just one, so my stress level was at an all time high, probably more than I have ever really experienced.. which of course with (un-usual visuals of my results)- it was more than a single M-gram. Dr's here and staff, were so understanding, kind and informative. Spoke with me and listened- gave me the break down of the situation--and everything was about me, not a rush, no time restraint, no feeling like I was just a number. Of course, as expected- the scheduling of the dreaded biopsy.... was, well, no getting out of it. I can't tell you how wonderful the staff is here, I was treated with dignity, respect and understanding. NOTE: LADIES--- I have to stress- don't ever let anyone-ANYONE ever tell you that when you have a biopsy- it's a slight pinch. When it comes to a breast biopsy- it is not slight pinch. And opt for the chair-not the laying down biopsy. BUT- I have to stress- the importance- Do not let this deter you from having your routing M-gram or biopsies, love your body and take care of it, it's the only one you got! The employees at the facility are wondeful! My complaint is for the billing dept that makes errors and don't answer the phone. Hold time is vey long and the system prompts you to leave a message but no one calls you back. Not sure if they're short staffed but the billing dept needs improvement. read more

Needed a back X-ray. Made an appointment yesterday, came in today. Done. Making an appointment was simple. All staff were friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait too long to go in. The place was modern clean and well-lit. I'll certainly return. read more

I love that this place is close. I've been here twice, once with my daughter for an ultrasound and a mammogram for myself. Appointments are readily available. Check in is quick and pleasant. Wait time is less than 15 minutes and the testing is done quickly and efficiently. read more

Health Village Imaging in Jackson is THE worst. They charged me for a service that was not ordered by me or my physician. I have obtained a copy of my prescription which states it is for an ultrasound only for which I have paid in full. I have spoken to the office staff at Health Village imaging asking for proof of my consent to perform an additional service and have yet to receive a response (it's August and the test was done in January). I also have asked for my image results proving the additional service had been performed and did not receive a response to that inquiry as well. I had been told I would be phoned back by the billing coordinator; however no one has returned my calls. It is truly a disgrace that this company would add expensive tests to a patient's bill in hopes that the health insurance company will cover it and not have the decency to stand behind their charges by returning patient phone calls to discuss the matter further before sending the item off to a collections agency. read more

Finally received my refund check after months of trying. Imaging staff and procedure was great. Billing/accounting department not so great.

They scheduled me for a breast biopsy for a Friday and cancelled two days before the scheduled procedure claiming that as of the first of the month, the breast doctor would not be available on Fridays. They said it was a scheduling error... if they can't schedule an appointment correctly, I will not trust them to perform my breast biopsy correctly. read more

I've been going to Meridian Imaging since they opened in 2015. Unfortunately, when i went a few weeks ago may be my last time. The xray tech, Jessica, was very rude, impatient and treated me like a slab of meat- not like a human being. I was getting two sets of spine xrays and i was asked if i needed them because my doctor had screwed my back up and if this was being done for a malpractice issue. Who asks something like this to a patient that you've never meant before??? Then, while she was taking my patient history, she kept sighing and rolling her eyes. Yes, i have had a lot of back problems so I'm so very sorry how that would inconvenience her on writing all this down. After this she positions me on the table and proceeds to take a few xrays. After doing four she told me that non of them would work and that i needed to take off my pants now. Not a polite can you please go change into a pair of provided shorts but a very curt your pants need to be taken off now. It came across as if she wanted me to take them off right there on the table. I was wearing yoga pants, which have never hindered me from having accurate xrays done before. Anyway, the last issue for me with this tech was how she was touching me to position me for the xrays. I know that techs do need to help position you for accurate pictures but this was ridiculous. Jessica would reach across my front, with her arm smashing into my breasts to move my shoulder. Then she would use one hand to move my neck back all the way and the other hand pushing my butt further up. I found this painful and highly inappropriate. There was no need to keep touch my breasts or push on my butt. I went in two days later to speak with the head X-Ray tech about what happened. She agreed that the tech was inappropriate and out of line. I was told that the manager would call me that night to go over what happened. It's now a month later and there has been no call. read more
