Out of all the LabCorps I've been to in SoCal, this Newport Beach location is by far, the cleanest, friendliest and most professional! Highly recommend! I was in and out in literally 10 minutes - what an awesome experience- especially since I've been to most of the other LaCorps in SoCal! I just got to my car and I'm writing this review... anyone who knows me knows that when I write a review as soon as I leave an establishment, my feelings are very strong! Parking is easy - parking lot or garage... or valet! Ha, that's right - valet baby... OC, 'nuff said =) The check-in process was easy peasy. This place is cool it's in Newport Beach across from 7-11. I seen an Asian guy work here and he's super friendly but most of all Karly she super kind here because I see her more when I stop in! Unlike all those other damn Labcorp where they moody as hell. My other home girl K said the same thing . Place is clean and the wait isn't that bad even without an appointment . I've been coming to this LabCorp office for about 5 years or so. The technicians are excellent. I highly recommend this office for their wonderful cordial service and nice attention to details. I was scheduled for a 9:15 appointment, checked in, had my blood work done, got back in my car and on my way to breakfast by 9:22am. I joked to the staff that had I been a race car, they could have beaten any Indianapolis 500 pit crew! It was so quick and easy I didn't even feel a pinch from the needle. The parking situation is so bad here I went to another nearby Labcorp instead. Valet is $3 but someone doing work on the building couldn't even find parking and was talking to the valet when I decided to stop circling. I don't know where you'd even have valeted your car. I can't speak to the Labcorp itself because of being unable to park, but for the parking alone this location might not be worth your time. read more

I have been searching many Labcorp on Yelp before I take appointment for my son 1 1/2 year old. I decided this location due to it has a lots of good reviews. Check in was easy on the tablet! There was only one person working (typical from what I've seen) she said she would be right with me and she came out about 5 minutes later. She had me meet her in a back room and I proceeded to tell her that I am usually pretty nervous with these types of things and normally I would be bawling my eyes out at this point but I was trying to be better since I'm an adult I need to get over it. She said she was going to use a butterfly needle which def made me feel better. Small little pinch and a few minutes went by and that was that. I am normally the worst when it comes to getting my blood taken and am riddled with anxiety. But I read so many good reviews about this place and it helped set me mind at ease a bit. 2 years ago I have been going to this lapcorp in Newport Beach and let me tell you is better than quest. Today January 5th I got my blood taken out by Edith and let me tell you she did an amazing job , she didn't hurt me at all the moment the needle went in second person that doesn't hurt me. 10/10 recommended read more

Best Labcorp ever! As someone who gets blood work done monthly and has gone to several Labcorps, this is by far the best one. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest receptionist. She is kind and thoughtful and available to help with the self check-in system. Once you make your way back to the draw room, you are blessed an amazing phlebotomist who is considerate and sensitive to any nerves you may be having. Because of my poor blood circulation I'm usually poked twice to get the vials filled, BUT NOT THIS TIME! Joanna was so sweet and patient as my blood took its time. She knew being poked twice is never fun, so she gently allowed gravity to finish filling the tube while she had a pleasant conversation with me. Mind you, I showed up 5 minutes before they closed for lunch and they still took me and didn't rush the process! I'm so thankful for this office and their love for the people they serve. read more

I can't even begin to emphasize how amazing this location is!!! I'm nine months pregnant and came here for a glucose test. This is the second one I've had to do and the last time was a total nightmare. Carly helped me and she was amazing. Took me in immediately and when she drew my blood I barely felt it. I have other locations that are closer but the drive is definitely worth it and will only be coming to this location. read more

I don't go to labs often but of all the labs I've been to these ladies are the nicest and most skilled. The office is small and not fancy. There is a neat touch screen check in that is super convenient. Candy helped me today and I didn't even feel the needle go in or come out :) The other lady that was there today helped me last week and was so kind. Very pleased! I was able to schedule for the next day very simply online. Labcorp sent me several reminders of how to check in. After checking in from my phone, it was only about 5 minutes until I was called to the office. Once inside, I was taken straight back for my blood draw. After having a terrible experience at the Huntington Beach location i decided to try this office in Newport and i was blow away by the difference! The girl who has taken my blood here the past two times never has a problem finding my tiny, hard to find veins. She is super friendly, professional, kind and makes the process seamless. You 100% can never get lab work done anywhere else. Carley and Nina are where it's at! Believe me, I spent over 2 hours with them doing my Glucose Test so I'd say I have a pretty great idea. Blood draw is quick and painless, they make you feel comfortable, and they have the best personalities! No one should ever break these two fun ladies up! I have stage 4 kidney cancer, I get to do blood tests almost every week if not every other week. I thank my lucky star every single time I come here for Nina and Carley. As the joke goes, I have become their best repeat customer. Nina is awesome with a friendly and magnetic personality that help put a smile on my face every time I come here. Carley greet me by name every time I come in and try to get me in and out as fast as possible since she knows it's hard for me to stand or sit for a long time. Patricia is a dynamo, keeping appointment times, even though she was all by herself with a waiting room full of people. She said, "You know I just don't like to keep people waiting, especially when they're fasting. I know how that feels. I want to get people in and out as fast as possible." Such empathy goes a long way. So do her excellent phlebotomy skills. I definitely would come back here again, if the need arises. Early appointments can be hard to get online, however. (Yelp has the wrong URL; you must go through the Labcorp website and not Monarch Health). I tried for several days, but the earliest I could get was 8:30 AM. read more

The rudest middle eastern man works there, with the covid going on there was so many people waiting in the wait room I asked if it would be possible to wait in my car he rudely responded he didn't care offering no guidance this was after he yelled at an older lady who asked about the wait time, this is the worst location to go to. If you want quality service go to the one next to fashion island I'm highly upset at what I experienced here. read more

I had never been to this Lab Corp & arrived in the afternoon. Carley came out to the lobby & checked me in with my D L & Insurance info. She was really nice & helpful with my questions. My blood draw was perfect, done by a good looking young man. Usually when someone draws my blood they have to stick me 2 or 3 times, my veins are small & I guess they roll......Anyway this young man who drew my blood got all he needed with only 1 stick. I'm so pleased with the whole experience. Also the lobby, the back & the bathrooms were all very clean & pleasant. This is where I'll come if I have to get any lab work done again. Doctor recommended I get some blood work done..AKA my worst nightmare. On top of that I needed to fast beforehand, making me nervous, hungry, and not looking forward to this. Thankfully I came here! Nina greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude, and got me through the paperwork quickly. Once I went to the back Carly was there to greet me with another smile, and was totally understanding of my absolute fear of blood work. She let me lay down, and talked with me the whole time. I hardly knew she got me with the needle, and finished up everything without any troubles. They let me lay there for a bit and made sure I didn't leave until I was good to go. I decided to try this Labcorp location after being a little disappointed at another one of their locations. SO HAPPY I came here! NINA and CARLEY were amazing!!
