There was one person behind me too so I was confused why they only have 3 chairs in the waiting area. Apparently St. Johns Biomedical dropped our Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and sent our bloodwork out to another lab. Now, it looks like we will have to pay over $300.00 for the tests.

It was my first experience in an urgent care facility, and it couldn't have been any better. Every staff member and doctor treated me kindly, compassionately, and all were friendly. They took me in at my appointment time, explained what was going on with my ear, and called in the prescriptions to the pharmacy. It was a much better experience than I ever received at my primary care physicians office, and I will go back to CareSpot Urgent Care anytime I need their services.
