Here's the story. Several years back I had a new doctor who ordered a bunch of blood tests as a base to work from. When I arrived at Labcorp, I clicked the button that clearly said, do NOT run tests that are NOT covered by my insurance. They ignored this. They ran all of the tests and then tried to bill me $190 for a $15 dollar test! I refused to pay the bill because, I had instructed them not to. Four years later... I have a simple blood test and they refused me service until I pay the $190. So... profits over patients, huh? I well not be held hostage for your stock holders! No way! This was my first visit to the Saint George location. Everything was very organized and the technicians were friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience I was in and out in 15 minutes with an appointment. They were able to find my vein on one try which I appreciate the quality of care. read more

I sent a New hire over for a drug test. Our person took the test and waited 20 minutes and had to leave to go to another appt. They told him if he left the building the test would be negative. Does not make sense that he could not leave and this company would e mail the results to our corporation. I am highley dissapointed with there service and have scheduled an appoitment with our old agency that we have never had these issues with. read more

I gave my Select Health Medicare card to the receptionist at the St George Utah clinic, and she said I needed to sign a paper guaranteeing payment. That I would have to pay for the difference if my insurance paid from what they billed. LabCorp has a signed contract with Medicare that they will accept what Medicare pays and will not bill for the difference. I told them I was on welfare and there was nothing due from Medicare. They said If I was on Medicare I need to bring my Medicare Card. I told them my insurance card said Medicare on it. I left the St George Utah office and complained to LabCorp main office, and they had a supervisor Rickie call me. Ricki called and claimed the problem was my fault because I presented my Medicare Insurance improperly, I should have told them I was on a Medicare Advantage Plan. Evidently, they are not trained to ask what kind of Medicare plan I have, and it was my responsibility to tell them what kind if a Medicare Policy I had. I felt like I was dealing with a politician that did not have the compacity to admit they were wrong. Rickie told me I should go to a doctor's office or someplace else to get my Lab Work done. LabCorp claims walk ins are welcome, they do not take walk in in any order, and whey keep putting people with appointments Infront of walk ins. So, if you are a walk in expect to stay the day if ever to get helped. Rickie also said it was my fault for not making an appointment. Never go to a LabCorp as a walk-in because you are not welcome, and it is your fault for not making an appointment and spending the day waiting to get help. Make sure you present your insurance so they can understand what type of insurance you have so they might be able to process your claim properly. read more

Riki at the front desk is so unnecessarily rude. I checked in for my appointment and had a quick question. She would rather argue with me about sitting down until it's "my turn" and that she would help me after she finished with the person ahead of me. She helped 2 more people before she decided to answer my 10 second question. Her attitude was just ridiculous. read more

Fast and efficient. Very skilled technicians. I seldom wait for service compared to Intermountain. I appreciate their work.

This facility is short staffed, I drove from Hurricanes trusting to be a walk-in and got informed that I couldn't get my test, done, very poor managed. read more

The tech I had that just did my blood draw sucks! Go back to school to learn how to properly draw blood and take some manner courses! She was rude and then at the end of my draw she jabs the needle in further! She should not be working in this field! read more

I wanted to write my experience with Labcorp at St. George, Utah especially after seeing the bad reviews. I was very pleased and had a great experience. They were friendly, professional, and it was painless. I have been to other labs in other states which were terrible but this office is clean and pleasant. read more

I had an allergic reaction to something that was thought to be a tuna sandwich bought earlier in the day from a Subway. I broke out with hives all over my body and my skin looked like lizard skin. I went to the emergency room where I was treated with Benadryl. The sandwich was tuna with extra mayonnaise and pickle. I was sent to Labcorp for a blood test to help determine what I might be allergic to, especially mayonnaise, tuna and pickle. Labcorp was paid for the blood test. They did not do any test because they said mayonnaise has can have different ingredients, pickles can have different ingredients and tuna can be different so they chose not to test at all but they gladly charged me for their work. Other tests showed I could be allergic to shell fish which I eat all the time without a problem and other "stuff" that eat without a problem. The mystery was left to possibly what the preservative is/was used by Subway as just how long the tuna and mayonnaise was left out was unknown...Eat Fresh (ha) and don't bother with Labcorp for a good test. And...today I continue to break out with hive for no reason at all. Just something is now in my system after eating that sandwich. Zyrtec works much better for me than Benadryl for getting rid of the ithchy hives. It works pretty fast...Thanks so much Labcorp read more
