Super professional and painless - she handled all the paperwork. Came to my house and the whole thing took less than 30 minutes.

I have never done a walk-in appointment at Quest Diagnostics before, but today I did…read more I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was actually; I was expecting it to be much worse! I literally arrived, checked in at the kiosk, and I had an appointment scheduled with about a 10-minute wait. The machine acted a little funny when I first tried to scan my ID when I chose the Express check-in option, but I adjusted the card a bit, and it scanned the front and back with no problem after that. Once it scanned my ID, it had me choose and accept the next available time and gave me a choice about whether I wanted to wait in the lab center waiting area or get a text alert that tells me when to return to the center if I preferred to step out. I thought that was nice, especially for longer wait times. Luckily my wait time was super short. My tech was Jerika, and she was awesome! I actually enjoyed talking to her even though I wasn't looking forward to getting my blood drawn at all. She also gave me the option to do either the blood or urine test first, which was actually helpful since I didn't even know there was a urine test component for my prescribed labs. So I was able to chug a lot of water before both, lol! Jerika was also a really skilled phlebotomist, and I barely felt anything during the actually blood draw itself. I was literally in and out of my appointment within 15 minutes. I seriously was not expecting that at all! I arrived at 12:20pm, was seen at 12:30pm, and was out by 12:45pm! I wanted to mention this from a previous visit too that I forgot to write about--Melia, back when I saw her last year, was a great tech too! I seriously haven't had a bad experience at this location ever. Hopefully it'll always be like that!

This Quest location is MUCH improved over past visits. The contactless check-in worked well, and…read moremy wait time was under 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. My three-star review today was due to the TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE condition of the restroom. I was forced to visit their facilities due to needing to provide a urine sample. The attached photo shows the restroom floor--worse than most GAS STATIONS! Filthy!

I've been here a few times before. One of my experiences was absolutely awful with getting my blood…read moredrawn, but that was a couple years ago. I needed to get my glucose test done, so I booked it here anyway. I was able to book it online and book it for an appointment first thing in the morning which was nice because I didn't want to have to fast for too long. For the glucose test, I had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours. I thought it was a bit odd they had me sit in the lobby for it and not in a back room, but it was fine cuz I ended up being okay. The guy that took my blood each time was so nice and friendly. He was great! And did a great job finding my veins. Sometimes that can be hard cuz apparently I have small ones and when I'm fasting it's even harder haha. But he was really nice and encouraging. Probably one of the best experiences I had here which was nice since I had to sit out in the lobby for a couple hours.

Going in for blood work is never a fun thing. But it's always nice when a place makes it super…read moreeasy. LabCorp at this location is definitely one of the ones that make it painless and simple. Fair warning, this place fills up pretty quickly, when I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30, there was already four or five people standing in line. I went in at 6:45 and the line was nine people deep. They're very prompt, and the doors opened right away at 7:00 a.m., and everybody lined up in front of the check-in kiosk. Process went pretty quickly and names were called right away to head back. I think I was seated for no more than 5 minutes before my name was called, they asked for driver's license and insurance card and then gave me a piece of paper and told me to head back. The ladies in the back were very nice and professional. Honestly? This was one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had. She was very skilled and made the process very simple. I had to give a urine sample, as they only have one restroom in the blood draw room. I had to go across the hallway, not a big deal, although I don't like wandering around with a cup of urine in my hand. But I went back in and dropped it into the little white basket and how it was on my way. Bottom line? I don't know about the other LabCorps in the area but this one is at the top of my list. Bonus points. It's in the same medical building as my doctor, so I can kill two birds with one stone when I need to. Need to get blood drawn and are a patient of that facility. You are in luck!

My Experience with LabCorp located at 601 Whitney Ranch Dr. Henderson, Nevada, was very good…read more I got there a little early, checked in at the Kiosk and waited in the lobby area. The waiting room was at standing room only, but it is usually like that, especially on Fridays and Mondays. I had an appointment, so I did not wait long. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the entire staff in the reception area. The nurse/phlebotomist who drew my blood was down to earth; she was very gentle and made the blood draw almost painless. The bathroom was clean, as well as the waiting room, reception area and exam room The next day the results were in and sent to my PCP. Good positive experience overall.

This letter is to confirm your authorization provided on 1/21/2026 for balance due on this date of service to be charged to the credit card provided. On 2/27/2026, Labcorp received notification from your insurance company of patient responsibility. Please reference the explanation of benefits from your insurance for this date of service for further detail or contact insurance company directly. I have called my insurance on January before I even went into Labcorp and routine checkup(labwork)is covered. I double checked to insurance company and representative told me same thing as previous person did. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks since my insurance is going to send mail about this matter. Hopefully that money bounces back into my card. I honestly cannot believe and how sneaky Labcorp and hospitals are with bills here in NV.
