    Got there 15 minutes before it was time for them to close,the door was already locked. I tried calling and they wouldn't answer the phone.

My nerves were through the roof and after she finished the blood draw, I felt like I was passing out and she totally brought me back and then took care of me until I felt well enough to leave. Most of the negative reviews about this location are about parking, a slow elevator, and an undesirable check-in service. All of which I don't think is fair or reflective of the actual care you receive. I thought parking was easy, I took the stairs, and the check-in was simply on my phone, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I would definitely return here.

Rachel is incredibly professional, gentle, and skilled -- the blood draw was quick, painless, and done with such confidence that I barely felt a thing. She has a warm personality, a calming presence, and explains everything clearly. It's rare to meet someone who is both highly competent and genuinely kind, and Rachel is exactly that. She turned what is usually a stressful appointment into something easy and pleasant. Thank you, Rachel, for your exceptional care -- you turned my day around!     I had an appointment scheduled for an MRI with the San Clemente Memorial Care Imaging Center for…read moreFriday, November 29th. When I called to set up the appointment, this was the soonest they could get me in - a week out. I called every day that week to see if there were any cancellations for me to get in sooner. No luck, but totally fine. The morning of my appointment, I received a voicemail at 8:04 from Laurie saying the tech did a "call out" and they wouldn't be able to see me. I called back immediately. The guy on the phone said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to Laurie directly... he denied having a "Laurie" work at the office at all. At this point, I was very frustrated - I had already waited a week (in pain) and called every day to get in sooner. The man offered to reschedule me at the San Clemente location for the following Friday. I would have to wait another full week to get my MRI done. From a customer service standpoint, I have a few issues with the San Clemente Memorial Care Imaging Center. 1) Why do you only have one tech working to service MRI's? When people are injured or sick, they need prompt attention. To cancel a whole day's worth of MRI's because a tech called out sick isn't a smart (or ethical) business practice. 2) If I am getting notified of a cancellation 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I expect your front desk staff to reschedule me as soon as possible. Having to wait a full week due to an error on your part is ridiculous. As it is, I am having to drive 45 minutes from my home to visit the imaging center in Newport Beach as they were the only clinic that could get me in sooner. The San Clemente location should be doing everything in their power to get me in and make this right. I am beyond frustrated with the San Clemente Memorial Care Imaging Center.

Customer service is prompt, friendly, and the entire staff is on their game - seriously! I noticed some other negative reviews, and I honestly have completely the opposite experience - I honestly love this place, and having this facility as my go to for x-rays and MRIs has been a true godsend - a giant shout-out to the entire staff!
