The guy taking my blood was horrible. He was making fun of me while I was dizzy because i don't do well with needles and get very dizzy from loss of blood. He was mocking me and telling me to toughen up when I was almost passing out. And it took him so long to find a vein, three pokes. read more

One star for the dark hair receptionist- who I later found out is also a technician. I used this facility once a week for 2 months and she only worked the desk . She is not very welcoming, and a bit curt with seniors. On a separate note FIVE stars to the tech Anthony! He works tirelessly "alone" and does it efficiently, effectively no bruising. read more

Just left from getting routine blood work. I pass out when I see my own blood - the simple solution is I look the other way when getting blood taken. Easy. The phlebotomist, a man, just told me to "be a big girl" and stop looking away. Would you say that to a dude? I'm livid. read more

Showed up at 750am on sat and they saw people waiting and opened up. Anthony was quick, positive and greeted everyone i. And out by first name. Rude staff and gross bathroom. I've had rude service and decent service at different quest lab locations but this one was the worst. I would go to any location before this one. The ladies who were working the day I went were both dismissive at best but I would describe them as rude. I had an appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes and was helped after customers who walked in after me. The bathroom was in need of cleaning and maintenance. When I told them that it needed attention I was told that's not our responsibility. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this location or head over to a competitor. read more

Sorry don't want to give bad review but I have to. I usually go Lab Corp at another location and they are very good in getting the blood drawn without even a slight pain. They always use small needle on my arm. I thought I give this location a try since it is closer to home, however, I regret my choice. First time my arm hurt after a blood drawn. I asked for small needle for good reason but the staff said I will be just fine with the big needle. He had to wiggle the needle to an angle to get the blood out. They really need to learn about patient center care here. Don't get me wrong, he was a nice man but nice is not the only formula to patient care. read more

Always running late and the wait time is long even when you have an appointment. Takes forever to get you registered and then to wait to get your blood drawn. Staffing is short, I only see 2 staff here. There is another Lab Corp on the other building - 2301, suite 108. It is much more efficient there. Don't waste your time here. read more

The worst lab ever. Went there this afternoon. The lazy person at the front desk completely denied on my face saying my doctor did not oder the lab work. I didn't believe him one bit. So, I went to the lab Corp at treat Blvd n got the blood work done in no time! read more

I received lab orders from my doctor and was told that both San Ramon locations at Bishop Ranch were walk in. First I tried 2301 Camino Ramon, and was told they were only by appointment, and to go across the parking lot to 2305 Camino Ramon where they could take walk ins. I walked in the door at 2305 and was promptly told to "turn back around and read the sign on the door". I did, and the sign read that they were also by appointment only that particular day. I asked if they knew their sister office across the parking lot was referring walk ins to them and they said they did not care. So clearly, they have zero interest in communicating with each other, or with providers, but have no problem being rude to patients or inconveniencing them. Never again. read more

This review is for the receptionist on duty 7/17/2019. No customer service.Rude, late and show no respect to seniors. If you don't register online, you will be treated as 2nd class citizen here. The lab starts at 7am and she walked in at 8am. There were 10 seniors waiting for her to show up since 7am for registration. She started her day by call patients who register online from 745am. When several 7am patients came forward to her, she told them to register online if they want a better service. This is unacceptable. read more

They did the wrong test and then proceeded to charge me for it. On my chart (from my Dr office) it clearly shows the correct test and code my Dr sent to labcorp. When my results came through, my Dr was confused because it was the wrong test. She called and asked them if they even tested for the correct test and they didn't. Of course I was still charged for a wrong test. I contacted billing to inform them of the mistake since they still charged me and they told me my Dr had to call them to set it right. So my Dr's office spent days trying to contact labcorp billing. And spent at least 30 minutes on hold each time they called. When they finally got through to billing the billing member said she needed to contact her supervisor and then would get back to my Dr. They never did get back to my Dr. I have an awesome Dr by the way for spending so much of her valuable time on this. Labcorp was very shady and dishonest. I hope they aren't doing this to other people because life is expensive and we can't afford to pay for their negligence and mistakes. Also,I feel the billing team at labcorp was dishonest and shady with how they handled things. My advice. Use Quest if you can. This has been a headache to deal with for not only me but my Dr's office. I just don't want other people to be ripped off. read more

Had an appointment, arrived 15 mins before and checked in. Then the. Tech argued with me for 5 mins saying I didn't have an appointment and just because I was checked in doesn't mean I have an appointment. I showed my confirmation number that I had an appointment. Finally allowed me to have my work completed. Such a headache. Will not schedule here again. read more

Made an online appt for Sat at labcorp.com. It showed open saturdays and made the appt with a trxt confirmation and precheck button. . There were others standing outside when I arrived. All early because they were fasting. Nobody ever came it was closed. read more

Had to wait a 1/2 hr to get my blood drawn even though I had an appointment. They are understaffed, there's only one person here who is super nice but you can see she's clearly doing all she can. Whoever owns this place needs to step up and get more staff. Many of the people that come here don't feel well and/or are inconvenienced by having to wait forever... not cool read more

I'm a seasoned patient who, due to a number of chronic medical issues, requires regular large and complicated volume draws (I'm talking 25+ tubes). I also have terribly hard veins and am accustom to have 4 or more needle sticks any time I get tested. I am also used to really grumpy unfriendly technicians who really don't seem to like their jobs. This labcorp was a refreshing breath of fresh air. At first, I thought it was going to be standard treatment, but the tech was so helpful and even called the doctor's office to try and clarify an test (the office was not nearly as helpful sadly). Anyway, she was positive and helpful and made me feel totally at ease and got my testing done with ONE stick. I wish I had gotten her name because man, I want to make sure I get her again the next time I need testing. Thanks San Ramon Labcorp for making a dreaded errand into a good experience. Just got back from the lab and I was very happy. It took me 30 minutes from start to finish. From the minute I came in I felt like they were a professional group. The desk man was outstanding and so were the technicians. A lot of people are nervous about blood labs but I was acknowledged when I walked in the door. Thank you for a job well done.
