I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I was instructed by a prospective employer to complete a pre employment drug screening and chose this location based on their website and voicemail, both of which clearly state that no appointment is necessary and that walk ins are welcome. Their voicemail also lists drug screening hours as 8 to 11 and again from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Today is Tuesday, January 27. When I arrived, the door had a printed sign showing completely different hours, 7 AM to 10:30 AM, and noted that they are closed on Wednesdays. None of this information matches what is posted online or stated on their voicemail. While waiting, I saw two other people attempt to access the facility and leave frustrated as well, likely operating under the same assumption that the website and voicemail were accurate. For something as time sensitive as a pre employment drug screen, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, and if your prospective employer suggests LabCorp, you may want to consider a different provider altogether. read more

LB Labcorp, the staff member are wonderful. Always greeted with a smile and politeness.

I arrived at Labcorp at 6:50 a.m. since the posted hours state they open at 7:00 a.m. I waited outside in 45-degree weather for 35 minutes, and no one ever opened the door. There was no notice posted and no communication about a delayed opening. I eventually had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. This was very frustrating and reflects poor customer service, especially for a business that requires appointments and fasting labs. read more

It's too bad this Labcorp location has got some bad reviews. I have been here multiple times and had a good experience every time. They really don't take walk-ins. Appointment only which is good. The online scheduler is easy to use. I've never been in there longer than total of 15 minutes. Staff has always been friendly and efficient. I recommend Labcorp to everyone. read more

This morning as I rose early @ 03:45 PST, I made a soothing pot of coffee for Momma & me (she's still konked out) & decided to have a seat by the window where dawn, has yet to rise... and "Update" some of my original review creations.... I've found it useful as does Yelp!, to routinely "Update Review (s)" as much can change over the course of time... This early-morning review is on a Corporation I believe it is, that has been serving my "Patient/Client" needs for decades & they are going strong here at this Turlock, California location. They now have their own building. I've also utilized Labcorp's online appointment-making system for successfully & easily scheduling my own appointment; and for me, they have been right on time, in delivering great customer service by calling me back into the draw station area on time if not early. Score!!! Here are just some of the reasons (s) that I enjoy having my blood tests/urine tests/, all laboratory tests performed @ this close-to-my-home-laboratory: 1. Their website I've found to be "useful" & in more than one area. Some More Reasons I REALLY & I mean REALLY Enjoy This LabCorp Locale: Politeness; They are polite; the majority of the time, @ other times, they can be a bit snappy but considering that LabCorp ROUTINELY UNDERSTAFFS this location; shoot, all LabCorp Locations as I've needed lab tests all over California over the past 35 years, NOTE TO LABCORP: Please STOP BEING SO CHEAP, & Review your Guidelines, for Phlebotomists and Front Desk Staffing and the VOLUME of PAYING CLIENTELLE, your receiving when Staffing, and before your staff quit and run away screaming "HELP ME ! HELP ME ! Get Away from these Cheapskate owners/ management, etc here at LABCORP... I know it sounds sorta funny, which it is, this unnecessary stressful situation on Staff first & Paying Clientele next, but in truth; they owe it to the PUBLIC at LARGE to properly and appropriately staff ALL of their Locations. I arrived for my 11:45 am appointment on Friday, January 16, 2026, the doors were locked. A note on the door said they were only open 07:00 to 10:45. I made the appointment two days ago, because they canceled my 11:45 am appointment I originally had for Wednesday. Looks like I need to start going to Quest. read more

My husband was seen here today and received the worst care and customer service from the front desk. The lady was very rude because he didn't have a paper printed that he didn't know he needed. Instead of printing the paper for him, she made him go to a FedEx to have 1 single paper printed that she could have printed for him. I understand if that is company policy, but there was no need to be so rude. read more

This will be my new go to for lab services. Due to short staffing, they only accept appointments, but I was able to book mine the night before online. The lab is very clean and decorated nicely. Desiree assisted me and she was very friendly and helpful. Due to staffing shortages, she was the only one there. But even with her needing to do my check in, billing and draw my blood, I was in and out of there in no time. She had everything done and I was leaving before my scheduled appointment time. read more

Testing Lady is pretty damn rude. & she keeps violating HIPAA when she says my information and testing information out loud in front of other clients, like okay girl, it's no one's damn business why I am here. Her instructions are unclear. First she tells me to come back later, so I did, and then says come back tomorrow. If you don't want to help me then just say that, instead of wasting my damn time. I understand you may dislike your job, since you give off that vibe, but fake it till you make it and help me and others feel welcomed at least. Ridiculous. read more
