there is no front desk person. long wait even if your just dropping off the specimen. no help no real person only a kiosk

This was terrible! I waited in the waiting room for more than an hour just to pee in a cup that took less than 2 minutes. There were only three technicians working and upset people, and they were rude about it when we were asking how much longer. I understand they might be short staffed, but people were coming in after me and leaving before me?? I was very upset and I won't be coming back to this Labcorp. read more

Arrived @ 3:09pm and their hours show they close @ 4:00pm... drove 30 minutes to get here to be told to my face, "effective immediately were closed, it's that bad of a day!" Couldn't get through to a phone call @ 2:30 either. Very odd establishment. read more

Waited 2 and a 1/2 hours for my visit. Very rude service workers. The lady that looked like a Neanderthal with a receding hairline was zero help. They can't even answer the phone or make an appointment in the office due to how understaffed they are. Literally pick anywhere else besides this shit hole. read more

Not clear what everybody is experiencing, but I did have an appointment at 12:15, arrived at 12:05, was taken to input paperwork immediately by Lisa, blood draw by Claudia was painless and quick, and out of there at 12:19. My previous experience there was the same. read more

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews after my experience here. I visited Labcorp around 10am on a Saturday morning (yay for Saturday hours!) for blood work and it was not that crowded. I registered on the kiosk, which I love, and I was called back immediately. The blood draw was smooth and I was in and out in 15 minutes max. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend for convenience and customer service. read more

I walked into LabCorp to get a blood test for my upcoming surgery. Not only was it fast and easy. I had the best phlebotomist you could ever have. She had a gentle guiding hand and I barely felt the needle go into my vein. She was beyond pleasant and super gentle. If I have to have lab work done I'm going to come here in the future and I hope that she is still phlebotomist here. By the way her lashes were banging! read more

Absolutely awful, crowded waiting room, no customer service, require a printout vs digital copy of everything. Stay away!

Was impressed, there were a lot of people waiting inside and out but the staff was short handed, but they did try to help as many people as possible, I was a walk-in and registered on their machine which was fast, it took 2hrs but I needed the blood test ordered , no problem I waited, the nurse who attended me had a lot on her plate but she got the job done even while people were upset, it says on their website you may have to wait longer if you don't make a appointment , I heard people saying ' I have another appointment in an hr, I can't wait any longer,? I will go again if need blood test done. read more

My HOPE is that a manager that has some decision making POWER will see my review and take actions to provide a SOLUTION to a problem that occurred at this location experienced last year concerning my blood and most likely others have been effected by someones carelessness. A non-profit was utilizing their services. I had a blood draw done and was told after waiting to hear back for at least two weeks that my blood had been lost. I have decided not to name the non-profit as I HOPE that they will not continue to use a provider that is not reliable. I have never had a company lose my blood before. By utilizing this Lab Corp location they have lost my trust as well. I can NOT put my faith in a company that loses peoples blood and does nothing to reimburse the person or provide assurances that it will NOT happen again. read more

Drove 25 minutes to find they are not open during scheduled hours (arrived 30 minutes before close). Highly inconvenient

I had an appointment yesterday at the Southern Blvd LabCorp facility in Royal Palm Beach for 1:30. Arrived at 1:15 and texted I was there in my car. I received confirmation of my text and that they would text me when to come in. At 2:00 a LabCorp courier arrived and went inside to pick up tests. When he came out he told me they were closed. There are absolutely no phone numbers ANYWHERE that you can call to talk to a person. I found a Quest facility a few miles away and went in there with no appointment and was out of there in 15 minutes. I will never again go to a LabCorp facility anywhere. What a schlock outfit. Scary when a company has no phone number or email address to complain to. read more

I had made an appointment through the website. My appointment was 10AM for routine blood work for an annual physical so, I was fasting. I arrived, signed in, and waited. The waiting room was full and did not have a clean look. After one hour, I went to the desk. I was told there was one person befor me. After two hours, checking in with the desk, I was told I didn't write the time of my appointment down. Then I was informed, they didn't receive the prescription from the doctor for the lab. tests. After insisting the receptionist look again, she found it filed under "L" the letter of my first name. This is unacceptable office practice to say the least. I was first taken for the bloodwork at 1PM - yes, that's right...1PM. I've left a message and sent an E-mail to David P. King, the CEO of LabCorp and am waiting for a response. My previous experiences with LabCorp in LI, NY have been very positive. read more

Horrendous business! I arrived for my 9:30 am appointment and told the woman at the counter I was there for my scheduled appointment. She said sign in which I did then I sat with the other 30 people that had been waiting since 7 am. An hour passed and I approached the window to ask why I needed to set an appointment to wait an hour and they said: "you didn't write your appointment time down". They did not maintain my insurance info so I was required to pay in cash. The cashier did not know how to enter my HSA manually requiring me to pay with cash. Totally apathetic people work here and this is not run like a business that generates billions in revenue each year. Typical regulated quasi-government agency behavior from drones that have absolutely no appreciation for what they do for a living. read more

Lab Corps is the worst lab on the face of the planet. I know. I am a home health nurse. If I could've given them zero stars I would have. It's Christmas Eve. I draw the same blood and a two-year-old child every two weeks for the past several months. This child had a liver transplant and is being fed through his veins. The last time I came I brought a lab Corps requisitionAnd the order. Yes, the order was printed out from my printer. I was told at that time that I did not need the order directly as a show in sufficient. I signed the requisition with my own name because obviously, I didn't have the doctor standing there to sign the requisition. Today I went on Christmas Eve at 7:30 in the morning. I did not have a requisition because I was out of them. When I asked him for a requisition, they would not give me one. I was told that I had to have an order from the physician that was written for this particular lab draw. Never mind that I have been drawing these labs for the last several months and they are in their computer. Have I said that it's Christmas Eve? I am going to have to leave go to my office pick up a requisition and go to a different LabCorp. Merry Christmas LabCorp. read more

Kudos for Katina -- she was awesome!! from start to finish- when she called me back she had a big smile on her face at 7:00am . She made me laugh even when stepping on the scale. She was able to get my blood the first stick!! She sets the bar high when it comes to customer service, her attitude and skills need to be followed closely by other.
