Love the service and the check-in process. Love love this location and Labcorp. The other place most Drs use is terrible.

3 appointments canceled without an explanation or much notice. When I've had labs done previously, I had no problems.

I went in for a simple blood draw on Saturday, November 22, 2025, and the phlebotomist who worked on me was wearing long designer acrylic nails. This is a direct violation of CDC infection control guidelines that prohibit artificial nails for clinical staff due to the very real contamination risks. It also violates OSHA standards that require employers to provide safe conditions for patients. Her acrylic nails interfered with the procedure and she missed my vein. She caused significant pain and did not acknowledge it, did not apologize, and did not show even basic empathy. Hours afterward the site of the attempted draw was still painful and stinging, which is not normal for a proper venipuncture. The whole interaction felt careless, unprofessional, and unsafe. I left the site shaken and seriously questioning whether Quest has any real oversight at this location. If this is happening openly in front of patients, I do not want to imagine what is happening behind the scenes. I emailed Quest Diagnostics a detailed, formal complaint. I included the appointment code, the location, and the exact issues, along with the specific CDC and OSHA standards that were violated. It has been days and I have received no response at all. No acknowledgment. No follow up. Nothing. Their silence makes the situation even worse. When a company that handles medical samples and patient health information ignores a safety complaint of this seriousness, it tells you everything about their internal culture and priorities. I will now be escalating this beyond Quest directly. I will be filing complaints with the following agencies: * California Department of Public Health * Clinical Laboratory Field Services * OSHA No patient should have to experience this, and no one should be exposed to unsafe practices because a location chooses to ignore basic clinical standards. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your lab work until Quest proves that they take safety and accountability seriously.

Do not recommend being on the waitlist at this quest location. It says wait time can be 30-60…read moreminutes when you register; however, this is not the case here. I joined the waitlist at 8:47am with only 1 other person ahead of me on the waitlist. There were only a few people waiting so I believed that it would only be an hour wait. Especially because they were calling people back pretty quickly. I normally don't rate establishments low, but in this case there needs to be a change. Either don't accept walk ins or update your wait expectations to be more accurate so that people don't waste an hour or more waiting to never be called. Especially when they charge $8 for parking. Facility is nice, but not enough chairs. Staff was nice and friendly. They were fast and efficient. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Minus 1 star for setting unrealistic walk ins wait time expectations. Minus 1 star for charging $8 for parking Moral of the story is never go to quest without an appointment.

We were already running 30 minutes behind, yet a lab tech who was supposed to be drawing blood was pulled away to help people check in instead of keeping appointments moving. Martha was great and very helpful and was Soooo smooth it did not hurt me at all to get my blood drawn, but she also had to stop to check my insurance, which added to the delays. The staff themselves seem hardworking, but the business operations and scheduling process really need improvement.

That being said, I waited 55 MIN and I was the third person there. THE THIRD ONE!! what could possibly take 55 minutes to process 3 patients. Thankfully I know my own insurance because the lady up front tried to charge me $78 when I only actually owed $22. When I got called back, there was one employee on her cell phone the entire time. Just sitting in her chair looking at her cell phone. Maybe that is why it took 55 minutes for my turn. I did give 2 stars instead of one however because the phlebotomist was super quick, and she had a very gentle touch. I was in and out of the back office in less than 5 minutes once they FINALLY called me back there. She was the only good thing about my experience there today

I seldom write reviews, but as a business owner myself,…read moreI felt disappointed by my experience here because it seemed like the office was not being properly managed. Here are my observations: 1. The front desk staff member spoke extremely loudly and came across as intimidating. Since this is a healthcare facility governed by HIPAA, I was very concerned that a patient's medical information was being discussed loudly enough for others in the waiting area to hear. The patient was speaking softly, yet the front desk staff member continued speaking at a volume that felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional. 2. The same staff member also handled questions in an unprofessional manner. There were only two patients in the waiting area, including myself, and I politely asked how long the blood draw process might take because it was already 11 AM and I had been fasting. Her response was that it would take 30 minutes just to check my insurance, delivered in a loud and dismissive tone. 3. Healthcare offices should provide not only efficiency, but also compassion and professionalism. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact for patients, and proper training in communication, empathy, and patient privacy is extremely important. I truly hope management takes patient experience and professionalism more seriously moving forward.
