This Labcorp is a new location and I'm so grateful I came here because it's a very clean place and not as crowded as other Labcorp locations... I had made an appointment, so I didn't have to wait either so I was beyond thrilled to find this location... Kimberly did a great job drawing my blood and I felt nothing when she did it. They are located on the second floor of the building and there is plenty of parking at this location!! Everybody in the office was very nice and professional... I will be back for sure!!

This location is so slow and the workers are rude! The old lady with grey hair and nose piercing, Laura, gives you a hard time.

Tanya was absolutely amazing -- kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free, and her warm personality immediately put me at ease. It's rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such sincere compassion. Dr. Chahbouni was equally exceptional. He took the time to truly listen, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I scheduled a routine lab appointment at LabCorp, 1950 Sunnycrest Drive, and unfortunately had a…read morevery concerning experience. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and my attempts to seek clarification or assistance were not addressed. One receptionist, in particular, spoke to patients in a disrespectful manner. In addition, there appeared to be frequent gossiping between reception staff and a phlebotomist, which contributed to an unprofessional environment. The waiting room was overcrowded, and there did not appear to be an appropriate sense of urgency in assisting patients. The overall atmosphere created unnecessary stress and made the environment feel disorganized and unsafe. Experiences like this can discourage patients from seeking care and undermine confidence in the quality of service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve patient care and professionalism at this location.

1045 am, October 02,2025…read more I pulled in the medical plaza thinking I was barely making my appointment and looking for a parking spot! I found a couple but it was for the building next door. I proceeded to park in the spot thinking I was going to be in and out of here! Oh no, was I wrong. The LabCorp was packed! And then I checked my appointment time... Holy cow! I'm an hour early. Phew... I rush back out and decided to move my car. I did not want to be towed. So, your options for parking are 1) Parking structure, 1st 30 minutes free, beyond is $1.5/30 minutes. 2) There's street parking available on Valencia Mesa. Short walk to the building. I do the express check-in via the mobile text received but also at their kiosk as I wasn't sure the phone method worked. At the kiosk, you'll need to scan your DL. All checked in, it said that I can go wait elsewhere that I'm comfortable. Heck yes, get me out of that cramped waiting area. Ridiculous... I'm sitting on the bench just outside of the building entrance doors writing this review. It's much nicer out here with fresh air. Getting nervous, ten minutes past the appointment time... Ooh, the text messaging worked but back to the receptionist to confirm information and lab orders. Back to waiting again for next available phlebotomist. This waiting room is way too small, way too many people. Finally, I get called, 30 minutes past the appointment time! I'm not surprised. SMH. The phlebotomist is nice, however, I judge them on their skills for drawing blood. I will let this experience slide... WTF are you going to do? She couldn't find a vein, I guess I need to chop off the defective left arm! Haha! She asked to use the other arm, how kind that she asked. As I said, what are you going to do? Reschedule? Hell no! My time is valuable, #JUSTDOIT. She was able to get the vials done. Her wrap on the left arm comes undone and unravels. C'mon now. Greenhorn, a little inexperienced, or just cheap not using enough stretch bandage?? All done except she presents me the little cup for the sample! Haha, fine, this one is no problem! If you are unfamiliar with location, I highly recommend you go to a larger location or at least call to talk to one of the staffers to ask about their slow and busy times. I know this area so parking on the street isn't an issue. I've never experienced such a busy and tiny LabCorp location. Even the phlebotomist said it's their smallest location in the area. Oy vey... My phlebotomist did her best to care for me, she was gentle, but strike one was the big miss. Strike two was not bandaging properly. These are on her. The facility is too small for my liking. I'd choose another location and will only return if I had no other options.

715 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more I came an hour early to the Quest Lab to find out if they'd take me early before my appointment time as a walk-in. Not sure if it'll happen as I already have the standing appointment. The self service kiosk is easy to use, there are four machines near the entrance. Plenty of parking spaces here at the medical plaza. There's a constant arrival of patients, so not likely to be seen earlier than the appointment time. I have no idea when walk-ins would be seen as appointments have priority. I don't recommend trying to get here any earlier than ten minutes. The restrooms are clean, however, there's no wall mounted soap dispenser. That's such a big miss! Super silly having that gallon sized pump hand soap on the cabinet away from the sink. The hand dryer works well, there are no paper towels. This one is weird too, I was given a small plastic double Dixie cup with lid instead of the medical grade plastic urine collection cup. Hmm... Not sure if that was because I had to go before she had a jar ready and labeled. My phlebotomist was professional, yes. But she wasn't as good as the other one I had previously. All I care about is that they're able to collect the blood sample on the first insertion of the needle. Don't miss! Haha.

I paid up front over Venmo, feeling comfortable with it because of his good reputation on here. And indeed he did not disappoint. Andre showed up to my house exactly on time. He went over the instructions of the kit for the test I was having done, and already knew what to expect. He asked the right questions - "Are there ice packs with this one?" "Does it need to be centrifuged?" He was even such a pro he knew which cabinet door held my garbage can without looking. The poke itself was right on the money, nearly painless, and without complication. He took the kit with him to do the postal dropoff himself - it was included with his services. One less thing for me to have to do, which was appreciated. We shook hands, said goodbye, and that was that. He did not solicit me for a Yelp review. A lot of service providers will offer deals to customers in hopes of scamming their way into a good review - it's a red flag whenever I see it and it makes me mad for having wasted time reading reviews that were essentially bought. But Andre didn't do that at all, which is why I immediately got on my computer to write him a review anyway. He earned his reviews by being good at what he does. I'd use him again anytime.

I arrive and she tells me put it on my desk and she disappears to the back, I wait 15 minutes, I call her and she said I told you to put it on my desk. I looked at her and told her this test was hard enough to do and i'm not planning on doing it again because of negligence , it's a hot day and the frozen ones will start defrosting and she needs to take care of it immediately , she sat down with an attitude and started registering them. I have never had a bad experience at Quest till this morning. This time I came in, I met a young looking Asian staff. The first thing she told me was to stand outside the door and let everyone who was 7:40 appointment come in first..., it. Would've been fine except I'm the only person standing at the front door at 7:30am when they open!!! Unbelievable!!! Then she proceeds to wait for people in the parking lot to come and ask them if they had an appointment, ofcourse the others are walk in like me, so then she yells out "is anyone here with an appointment!??" And one lady gets out of her car and is now running across the lot. And in my mind, I've concluded that she barred me from entrance, wasted 6 minutes, just to get someone who's having an appointment 10 minutes later to "check-in" when they already have an appointment to begin with!!! Unbelievable! I didn't know Quest now has door guard barring people who want to come check in at their electronic kiosk just so they can have their appointment customers check in at the kiosk first. Completely over ruling the first come first to check in common sense. We already know appointments will be served first, not a big deal but why was I held back from entering the building when they opened? I felt like she discriminated against Asians, against mothers who had children, and against those who may have challenges with electronic applications!!! when I was finally allowed in, she continued with telling me that walk ins don't really get seen anytime soon. Later I confirmed it's because a walk in will only be seen if there's no appointment for 10 minutes.... well, if I was allowed to sign in at 7:30am before the first appointment at 7:40 or maybe 7:50, maybe I would've had a chance to be seen right?!?! That's a new policy I didn't know about but I'm certain she made it up. I thought as long as the appointment hadn't arrived we could be seen. Well, now I know. New angry miserable Asian staff door greeter ruined my day. I normally don't care about these things but the way she seemed annoyed with me first thing in the morning and proceeded to treat other customers worst, such as other elderly patients asking for help really makes me want to post this. I watched her tell an elderly person "why are you asking me about your secondary insurance? Read the screen and check it yourself if you have a secondary insurance" and another elderly asked her for help with check in and she said "go there and enter it yourself"... and the poor lady standing by there with her paper referral wasn't sure if she needed the paper or not for check in. Seriously, what kind of self involved millennial did quest let out of their lab here? AI would've been friendlier than this girl. She should be the last person to be assisting a place that has a lot of elderly who need support to maneuver through technology especially with declining eye sight and cognitive abilities. She was simply rude, condescending, and an embarrassment to anyone in the medical field. It's such a compassionate job, and she treats people like morning garbage that didn't get thrown out. I'm ashamed to have such an experience but I even feel worst for the 9 elders I watched check in this morning. It was a disgusting struggle to resist coming over and reading the screen for them. A real shame. I wish I didn't witness this elderly abuse here. I will be making a report and next time taking a picture and video. Every single kiosk check in elderly customer received a snide remark from this youthful looking Asian phlebotomist/nurse/pink scrub individual. I really thought she was just targeting me because I was the unlucky first person. We're all entitled to bad days, or outbursts, but after a while I had to leave cause she made me sick to watch. Her rudeness continued on. Made me realize she's not going to be nice to anyone who shows up here. Some people just want to go and get their labs done, we don't need any greeters, we don't even need a smile, but by no means do we need someone who actively pursues rudeness and throws shade at innocent customers. It was "do it yourself" "why would you ask me about your insurance" "go to the kiosk and look at it" "look on the board and find yourself!" "All of you people need to check the screen for your own name" "don't see it? Didn't see it? Well you know you're not checked in (not my problem anymore angry face with folded arms and eyes rolling)"
