Made an appointment online for Monday 3/9/26 at 6 AM. There were Five people lined up outside when I arrived at 5:50AM. Computer log-in system in waiting room was not working until someone inside office could be bothered to re-boot the machine. Figured people who logged in ahead of me would go first, then had people who walked in while I was waiting were called. What?! Checking at window, they had no record of my reservation: "Well, you may have a text on your phone, but if you don't have a barcode, NO RESERVATION." What do the employees care, they're being paid for their time. I did not even get the courtesy of an apology, or clerk looking at Text from Labcorp with a reservation number. ?? Maybe fitting me in ?? Nope. Sit down & be quiet. ****BTW, it's now 8 AM, an hour since I left waiting room, and still no text saying your turn next.**** Go anywhere except their 3610 Silverside Road office. :( read more

The office staff could use a bit more patience (even if it's only an hour until close) because I had questions and would have liked to have my bill more throughly explained to me. I felt a bit rushed but they were still very kind and the blood draw was super smooth with polite staff who made conversation and helped me feel safe. read more

Not a friendly stuff. Lost my one hours glucose test time frame. Bad attitude and suspicious needle use/disposal. My medical assistance spend a lot of time to find one specific needle in the box and after use she put it back in the tray. After she just grab it wit her and didn't dispose it as it requires. Now I am confused and will be stressing out about this situation till my next appointment. She also didn't dispose the rope. I guess someone should make sure this facility is safe for the clients. read more

Never thought I would review a LabCorp, but this place was great! The whole facility was clean and well-lot which is like the antithesis of most Labcorp places I've been to. They also had a really efficient check-in kiosk/iPad set up that took photos of my ID and insurance card. Very high tech and easy to use. The staff was nice but brief (Im sure they see a lot of people.) All in all, would definitely go here rather than the other local sites. read more

After calling the 2123 Concord Pike Wilmington, DE location and getting an automated message stating they closed at 10 Am Saturday morning. I arrived at 9:27 am to drop off a sample. Upon my arrival a couple was leaving so I held the door for them as I began to walk in an employee told me they were closed. I asked when did they close because the message stated it was 10Am. She answered 9:30. I informed her I only needed to drop off this sample and I don't even need to come in. She told me I could drop off the sample Monday. I responded that I needed to drop it off today and it is not even 9:30 am yet. She closed and locked the door in my face. My sample will be not good Monday and the test will need to be done again. Do not use this office the staff is more concerned with leaving the office early than helping their patients. read more

Been waiting here for over an hour to be seen. I understand that I didn't have an appointment but the lack of information when you ask is hard to fathom. The staff bark at anyone who asks for an update or help with their appointment. I saw a young pregnant women who had an 8:45 appointment repeatedly ask about why she wasn't getting called and she was told to sit down. Turns out they didn't read where she had indicated that she had an appointment. She was finally brought back at 9:30. No apologies from the staff. Going here will be a last resort for me read more

In the last year or two Labcorp management instituted a number of changes that make life easier for them, but harder for customers. These are all reductions in service from what Labcorp used to do: 1. You can't pay at the appt. 2. They discourage talking to the receptionist; you're supposed to go through a computer entry screen. 3. **Try** getting a human when you phone. I called to see if two Rx's (2 different Doctors) had arrived, so Iwould not waste a trip over there. The location's answering machine does not have an option to talk to a person, even after I listened through to the end of their menu. "0" restarts the menu!!! 4. If you misplace the test Rx, they refuse to make the 2-minute call to the Dr. for a fax of a replacement script. In the time it took for them to tell me, "You call," and me getting the fax number from them, they could have just called the Dr. And don't get me started on their billing. I've sent in checks and paid online, but I still get letters 2-6 weeks later, as if I hadn't paid. Maybe their billing dept. gets paid or performance-reviewed by the number of letters they send? For what stamps cost now, you'd think they'd let you pay at the desk. If my insurance did not require Labcorp, I would not go there at all. read more

The workers there were so kind and sweet. It was a very fast process for my bloodwork to get done from the time I checked in at the kiosk to the time I left. The place was very clean. Has alcohol pads and hand sanitizer and water with little disposable cups for waiting patients. Bathrooms had fully stocked soap as well. read more

Run, do not walk, out of this LabCorp office. The women that take your card were fighting, in the middle of a loud verbal argument, it was raining shade. The line was long, the staff seemed confused on who was next. The bathroom was a mess, at 6:15 am with pubes everywhere. AND there was no soap. The staff never refill it because they never wash their hands. read more

This is my go to testing location. Service is good but I would highly recommend using their online appointment portal if possible. For some services, the portal gives good information regarding testing times and days. Staff is friendly and courteous. The wait is not too bad if you don't have an appointment but there are days and times that they experience a high volume of patients. Either way be patient and go when you have time. read more

The second I walked towards the door. A worker was walking in (in scrubs with her lunch) before me and knew I was behind her. She proceeded to let the door close right behind her through both doors. When I made it to the front desk i were promoted to sign in an use a kiosk to verify my ID. There was no hand sanitizer provided and EVERYONE was using the kiosk. I asked the lady behind the desk for some hand sanitizer and she said she would be right with me.. never gave me hand sanitizer or bothered to put it out for anyone. The only one was on the wall when you walk through the door to talk about insurance which is closed off until your turn to go back. Ridiculous. I was right by the front desk and the lady running insurance lazily called my name from her chair. Which was two chairs away from the help desk window and the CLOSED door. Expected me to hear her. SO LAZY AND RUDE. She asked me for my insurance and ran in through the little scanner letting it fall on the table. So I waited for her to hand it to me... she then said "you can grab your insurance card." GREAT THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOUR JOB MUST BE SO HARD. Then when we were done, she told me to Wall straight back... to the lab... no other instructions. So I walked straight back to a row of 3 chairs just sitting and waiting. Was not informed on the process after walking back. Then they would just come up To people waiting in the lab and asked whose next? ... really? I was rushed to take my jacket off and get ready for blood to be drawn.. This place is poorly run with lazy and miserable employees at the front desk. And they don't practice appropriate hand hygiene in a medical setting. I'm disgusted with the place. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Fairfax branch has the worst service ever and whomever the older African American lady is at the desk is so rude she should be fired! I had to walk out! I signed in and then two other people came in and signed in after me. The two people got seen before me so I went up to the front desk to advise the lady maybe something went wrong with the sign in (I was in a good mood) and she snapped at me and said she was doing something. When I say snapped I mean the other people in room gasped at her reaction it was so rude and loud. I trust the lab techs here do a good job, but the facility itself is a disgrace. Featureless, cold and institutional doesn't begin to describe it: walking in here is like going to the DMV only worse. (The DMV has made an effort to be customer friendly -- not Labcorp). I had an appointment, thank goodness, so I could get in and out relatively quickly. I won't go there again. read more
