When you walk in everything is organized and you are greeted by a nice lady at the counter. She instantly asked if I needed any assistance and was eager to find out what I was interested in. The store has a variety of styles such as cocktail dressed to everyday wear. They also carry desinger hand bags to shoes. I enjoyed browsing through the items and was pleased with the service. Make sure you give yourself enough time to look around if you decided to stop by because theres quit a few things to look at. Their selection is awful and way over crowded. As someone who enjoys consignment stores, I won't go back.

OWNER IS RACIST AND RUDE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Why am I unable to select ZERO STARS? The owner is flat out RACIST and RUDE! First of all, there have been AT LEAST 6 times I have tried to come into this shop 10 minutes after opening hours, waited 15 to 20 minutes total and no one ever showed up. I called very politely to let the owner know and the owner was super rude, and even mad at me because I told her there was no one at the shop upon opening hours. Being a business owner myself, I would appreciate knowledge of my staff not being on time. So much for "sorry for your inconvenience" or "the customer is always right". What a bitch. The owner will watch you as you look through the items and make comments on everything. I try to smile or offer some pleasantry, but it gets old fast when you just want to enjoy some quiet shopping. I'm happy to speak up if I need help. She told me some stuff was on sale and then argued with me about the difference between the yellow and tan. Whatever. Aside from these "smaller" issues, the last time I went in was the absolute final straw. I am a white woman, today I walked in and noticed an exchange between the owner and an african american woman. They were discussing a purse and the owner was flat out disrespectful and talking down to the black woman. I noticed the white people in the store were spoken to very politely and being helped while the black woman was treated very poorly and sometimes flat out ignored. I was not the only one who noticed this, as a few other people in the store were looking around like they were also embarrassed. I was so angry to be in that store and witness what was going on. Apparently this woman does not know that it's 2016 and being racist is SIMPLY UNCALLED FOR. Everyone, regardless of income or race should be treated fairly. Aside from being morally wrong, it's also really bad business- you would think anyone with half a brain would understand that. The owner, who should be quite jolly given her round shape but is not, is an old curmudgeon and has no room to throw stones. Against my better judgement, on my way out, I said "thank you" as I passed by her. She looked at me and said nothing. I looked at her and raised my eyebrow, then shook my head- shame on this woman. My husband grabbed my arm to get me out before I gave her a piece of my mind. I will NEVER go back to her store and I will tell EVERYONE how terrible she is. I hope she goes out of business; By the looks of it, it will happen soon, but not soon enough for some, including me! Oh and by the way. Giving the place three stars because the Lady behind the counter was very nice, the store was clean if not a little small for so much merchandise and my time there was not unpleasant. My problem with the store is I don''t want to buy used clothes that still cost more than my car payment. Definitely not a place for real people on actual budgets. Selective customer service in this store. I've been in a few times in the past and today will be the LAST.

So, this store says that they open at 10am. I was there yesterday at 10:10am. No one there. As I was walking away a lady got out of her car, and I had noticed her waiting in her car as I was waiting for the store to open. She walked up to the store, as I was walking away, and didn't say a word to me about being sorry for not being open on time or anything. She sat in her car and waited for me to leave before she went to the door to open up the store. HOW RUDE!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I highly recommend LABELS Boutique. The owner is very knowledgeable and the shop itself is a delight. I like her style! She always greets you and asks to help you find what you looking for, but doesn't bother while your looking around. God knows I hav sent 10 mins. there and 1 1/2 ours looking. she has everything , purse's, shoe's, active wear, coats, evening dress and beyond... I most positive you will love it.
