Imagine an upgrades Plato's closet. Everything that I saw here was in really good shape and well priced. The store is very organized and clean. Would definitely recommend if you have the time to peruse the racks. Definitely some gems in there. If you catch extra discounts at the right time you could definitely get a steal. I even sold some clothes to them and the staff is super friendly and helpful in the process. The communication is very thorough and clear. Went to this store after seeing it advertised on Facebook and was super disappointed. I went to sell 3 pair of shoes and after waiting an hour I went to purchase my finds and asked about my shoes. The guy ( I'm assuming manager) stated he called my name and I knew that was a lie due to the fact of me standing super close to the the checkout area, he proceeded to tell me they had to pass on my shoes due to wear which is crazy because they are in AMAZING CONDITION for being used. I honestly feel that they did not even look at my shoes. I am sadly extremely disappointed after having high expectations. I will not be returning. I would also want to point out the the shoes in the store are in worse wear condition than mine. read more

So disappointing, first off, they only allow 10 items of clothing when selling, & tell you to walk around store until they text you when it's done. It was dead , I walked around for an hour and 1/2, didn't get a text it was even done, had to walk up and ask and it had been done for god knows how long or not, they didn't take a single item because of "condition" although 5 of them were NEVER WORN/ STILL HAD TAG. There were a couple of cute items but surprised they're charging regular store prices for used pieces.. so I wasted my time and energy being there. read more

Went to this place because my stuff was processed and this older lady acted like she was going to check me out but she took a call at the register and then walked away. Then a guy who seemed like he smoked weed before his shift tried to check me out. Whoever is the overall owner of this company needs to oversee their employees even on the weekends. read more

From a selling standpoint, this place is wayyy better than Plato's. They took most all of my items and I got around $40 bucks. Most of my items were decent brands such as Abercrombie, billabong, American Eagle etc. nothing "name brand" but they still took most of the nicer and newer items. The store is very nice and clean, and is easy to move around. Honestly my only complaint is they just did not have a ton. They seemed out of a lot of items and not sure if it's because they get so many customers coming through swiping all of the good items? Which could be the case. Also, the pacsun items and more "name brand" items were around 20-40 $$ and just seemed a little overpriced. They had a lot of sales tho, and everything on sale was a great price! read more

I went here to shop for some very specific items. Michelle was very helpful and this store has a great variety. The store is clean and well curated. There is a mix of modern items like lululemon and a mixture of 80's and 90's. Every so often I would see something older like 60's/70's as well. I would recommend this store to anyone and they are constantly getting more stuff. I bought some great stuff BUT wish I had bought this shirt. read more

Go. Elsewhere. I've tried selling clothes twice and the first time, they told me to come back to the store just to tell me they didn't look at the clothes at all. The second time I got a text saying "come in 24 hours or we are getting rid of the stuff!" so I called and said I could come in 3 days but before coming, I wanted to make sure there was an offer. They said there was so I drove an HOUR round trip just for them to say "we aren't buying anything." NOT worth your time or money. read more

We just found this place today and we're pleasantly pleased with the options. They have really cute options and pieces. I was able to find two great work shirts and THEE cutest little purse that I can't wait to wear. The location is right off of Kennedy and easy enough to spot but you can miss it if you are t paying attention. There is a good amount of parking in the back. Drove up 25miles from St Pete so the cashiers could take off the beeper taps they neglected to remove omg. Brought up the problem to the store manager and was met with defensiveness before we begrudgingly accepted a whopping $5 store credit on our $30 purchase, as they do not accept returns on majority of the items in store. Definitely spend your money elsewhere! read more

This "thrift store" is way over priced. I bought something that was supposed to be "50% off" still being $10 and when I got home saw on the receipt that they only took 25% off so I drove back to ask them to fix it and De'Ara told me she's a "key holder" and that she's unable to fix it and told me to come back the next day to talk with the manager Marci. I came the next day this is now the second time I had to come back to ask them to fix their mistake. I told Marci how De'Ara said she wasn't able to fix it and to come back to talk to her instead and I was informed that actually De'Ara was 100% cable of fixing the mistake yesterday. Marci refunded the amount as store credit and than charged me the proper amount. I asked her since this has been pretty inconvenient for me cound she do the same return and rebuy process for an item I bought on that same transaction and she said, " I can't just give out discounts for small things like this" The workers reflect the management. Workers who don't care about customer service stem from management who don't care about customer service. I've been a loyal buyer and seller for years and this experience just makes me regret every dollar I've ever given them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at this place. read more

I decided to bring a couple of items to sell, and I was really surprised at how low the resale value for some of my designer items came back at. I knew I wouldn't receive full-price, but the offers were far from reasonable, in my opinion. I'm better off reselling on Poshmark. I will say that the store does have some really nice items and found the store to be very clean and organized. read more

Good sized consignment shop in Tampa Fl. I got a (pre-owned) Kate Spade bag for $42.00 in good condition. I didn't stay long, and I think the merchandise is typically geared toward a relatively young crowd, but I recommend you check it out better than I did due to my own time constraints. read more

LOVE this store for buying affordable, sustainable, and trendy clothing. I cannot speak to the selling process as I have never tried to sell my clothes. I have found some of my favorite lululemon pieces here and they are always well organized in one section of the store (so it's not a frustrating hunt like some other second hand stores). My favorite part of the store however are the "dot" sales which are 25/50/75 percent off the item's price based on dot color. I never miss a "level up" event (they usually happen around holiday/holiday weekends) during which some items are 95% off (25% goes to 50%, 50 to 75, and 75 to 95). Shopping is always a pleasant experience in this store. The staff are friendly, they greet you when entering, and ask if you need help. There are multiple dressing rooms which are clean. The employees seem to be relatively happy. The store is clean and well organized by item category and size. There is a separate high-end designer section as well. read more

I typically take my old clothes to Labelswap when I want to get rid of them but my most recent experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. I dropped my clothes off on Thursday April 27th and didn't get them back until Wednesday May 3rd because I was told that they were backed up. That's not even the worst part, they only took 1 item out of the 10 I dropped off. I was very confused because all of my clothing is great quality and very stylish so I'm shocked that more items were not taken. The poor communication also threw me off because I called on Friday to check the status of my clothes and the young man said that it typically takes 3-4 days if I just drop them off and if I browse in store then it will be a quicker process. But that was never communicated to me when I initially dropped the clothing off. It was never like this before so I'm not sure what has happened over time but I hope that it can soon be fixed on their end. read more

i enjoy getting to shop here since they turned over new management (I guess they have turned over management a couple of times, not sure if that's a red flag or not). they have good sales and nice inventory. however, I guess now you have to call in to make sure that they have room for drop off buys because I've come here multiple times with my items and have been told that we run out of space because people wont pick their items up. i think its a bit unacceptable to limit the amount of space the store hold for buys, platos, uptown cheapskate, and style encoure never limit the amount of buys they have in store, so why does label swap have too? the girls at the desk told me to come back to check the next day when they opened, however, its hard to come in the next day when you work 12 hour shifts and cant come in to drop your stuff off (note business is open 10a-6/8p). i waited some time then called back to see if there was space and told the employee on the phone that maybe an idea is to get more bags to accommodate the growth of the tampa area. she then told me my suggestion was a complaint and got really snarky on the phone with me. they couldn't accommodate me and my needs being from a population who doesn't work normal 8-5 hours every day. i hope whoever answered my call never works at label swap again! anyways, I enjoy the environment of the store and selection, but please try to accommodate your guests needs accordingly and take their ideas into consideration, I don't want to go back and ever have to experience what I went through and no one else does either! read more

The store is very clean and well organized and they have a lot of nice things for decent prices. Unfortunately, I've had numerous bad experiences with the staff. Nobody seems that interested in working and Ashley in particular talked to me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I left the store not feeling great about my shopping experience. It's also an unfortunate policy that they can't tell you what items they're buying from you over the phone or how much money they're offering. If you decide you don't want to shop in the store for an hour while they look over your stuff, you'll have to wait for an undisclosed period of time to get a text and then once you do get the text, you have no idea if it's actually worth it to drive back. I'm sure they have their reasons for this policy but as a result, I probably won't be back to sell or shop with them again. read more

This place is amazing! It is a genius concept and my new local spot to shop just about everything. The staff was incredible and made my experience top notch. The turn around time on selling was so fast & I left with a variety of cute clothes that are basically brand new for a portion of the price. The store has changed for the wrong reasons. Person that checked me in when I brought in clothing was rude and hard to follow. I was clear I was going to wait in store and she seemed to challenge that ultimately she did not put it as an in-store drop off so a couple days later I received notification my drop off was assessed. Drove back to the store and ridiculously low offer for my clothing and no itemizing, which I was told they have done away with. Last time I do business here. Do NOT waste your time. Only allowed 20 items at a time, and i brought in great brands in great shape. I was told i could wait in the store for my clothes or come pick them up when i got a text. Never was i told that if i do a drop off and pick up that my clothes are not going to be sorted through until the employees get to them (2 days later). After getting the text and driving 45 minutes i get told they can only take 5 out of 20 of my items and get only give me $10... What a waste of time. Also 5 nice items for $10? read more
