The parking lot setup was chaotic with very little direction on where customers are supposed to park, and the driveway was extremely tight and difficult to navigate. A salesman approached me and seemed annoyed to even grab the keys for the truck. Beyond that, there was basically no effort to help. I asked a few questions and was told he'd look into them, but I never heard back. He didn't ask for my name, number, or anything. I had to ask for his card myself. A couple days later I reached out to two more salespeople and even made an offer on the truck. One replied saying he'd get back to me, and then never did. Honestly, it felt like they had zero interest in actually selling vehicles.

Rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes, management shifts the blame onto customers and shows little accountability. I really can't recommend National Motors enough, very nice people, super easy process, and they went out of their way to help me and they did not at all have to do that. Finally, I never once felt that i was being SOLD my car, but that they helped me get into a car I ACTUALLY WANTED. Very selfless service. And they have a golf simulator!

Within 4 months, it was back in shop for more problems. The next week, new tires. About 2 months later, back in the shop, and again the tires were shredded. More new tires. Shop visit after shop visit and finally after 2 years, the car is completely worthless. Headed back to the shop, looking at another $1000+ to make it safe to drive. Don't get me wrong, I love walking to work, but not in the middle of winter while my $10k car is broken down and I still pay the payment every month. They said their mechanic checked it out before I bought it and gave me a 'report'. Their mechanic seemed to miss the thousands of dollars in problems I've had to fix since driving off their lot. Autonation did seem to agree on the 5 day/250 mile warranty... But, to help me with it was far from seen, I had to find parts and the gauge cluster is hard to find as many know. Autonation dragged thier feet then refered me to ford dealer. To find problem. I wanted original roush gauges, then left to me. I did not drive it due tue issue. Still after 3 weeks its now sitting in my shop. I've been trying to comunicate with the used car manager and twice responded with nothing other than refering to the salesman. No help in any way. I love the car and will keep it but good luck with any help from manager on any used car issue.. Now autonation finance is another issue, I got my first payment notice. Called to pay off loan at $11,046. They refused to take a full payment. Said i could only process $10,000 but in two $5,000 payments. ( those were back to back, like why not one payment) Leaving a ballance of $1,046 and refused that, say i had to wait a week. Never in my life have i had any issues of this nature. I do want to add it is a very nice car. Just did not get much cooperation.

He did hear another noise. A rattling exhaust shield. His solution was to just remove an exhaust heat shield. then left out an exhaust mount bolt. Car rattled loudly when we got home. called them, we are busy can't get you in for a week. Would not ever take my car to these subaru experts again. Now I have to take it to subaru to get a heat shield which they discarded and have the noise checked out.
