Tried multiple times to contact this dealership by email about a truck they had listed and never…read morereceived a response. Eventually I drove in to see it myself. The parking lot setup was chaotic with very little direction on where customers are supposed to park, and the driveway was extremely tight and difficult to navigate. A salesman approached me and seemed annoyed to even grab the keys for the truck. Beyond that, there was basically no effort to help. I asked a few questions and was told he'd look into them, but I never heard back. He didn't ask for my name, number, or anything. I had to ask for his card myself. A couple days later I reached out to two more salespeople and even made an offer on the truck. One replied saying he'd get back to me, and then never did. Honestly, it felt like they had zero interest in actually selling vehicles.

Just to recap after purchasing a vehicle I give me them $6,500 in cash - 2 days later I felt the shutter of the transmission took it back went through a series of a couple of weeks of no one ever getting back to me saying they would get back to me didn't get back to me leaving messages for them oh they'll be you know get back to you in an hour oh wait they can't get back to me oh they're really busy oh etc etc excuse Excuse excuse. Clearly then and now I was tremendously frustrated at what was essentially being done to me. And without having to say it I'm sure you have an imagination and can figure it out. I did say back then that I was a terminal cancer patient. I am still a terminal cancer patient a little bit more beat up than I was then and definitely more and sick. However as a consumer and an owner of a piece of crap car that they gladly sold to me, I still find myself in this predicament of owning a piece of crap that they gladly took my really good hard-earned monry.without any problem. I find that my frustration in the continued will work that I have to do to try to make this car right and they continued money I have to spend to try to make this car right is not fair and you all need to know about it you all need to know who Valley VIP Auto Sales is . For as long as my frustration and money flows out of my pocket because of this I will continue to post about Valley VIP . The word lemon law , attorney and whatever else, I can tell you that the mental frustration and turmoil the physical toll it has taken on me is beyond that 6,500 that I gave them. This is become not just a personal fight but one for the consumer. It has affected me both mentally and physically because I find myself doing research when I should be resting because I refuse to be screwed and I want this righted before I die. He did hear another noise. A rattling exhaust shield. His solution was to just remove an exhaust heat shield. then left out an exhaust mount bolt. Car rattled loudly when we got home. called them, we are busy can't get you in for a week. Would not ever take my car to these subaru experts again. Now I have to take it to subaru to get a heat shield which they discarded and have the noise checked out.
