Of course check in is on a smartpad. You know who struggles w that? Lots of people! Older people, people with vision issues, people w oddball medical plans, people with language barriers. But mostly seniors/older people. I watched an elderly man attempt to get help multiple times. I won't go into his personal details, but at least 7 people checked in before he was checked in. Someone at lab told me "times have changed" when I brought this up to staff, but there's a huge population that were not born in a digital age, that adopted technology when it was available, as adults. It's wrong- this digital gatekeeper way of running a business that involves humans- including the old and sick. Once in the back, I was treated well, as I always am by the staff at Sonora Quest. I have to take a minute to highlight this place for blood work. They are located inside of the…read moreSafeway at 32nd and Camelback. You must book an appointment thru their website- no walkins. They are incredibly prompt (much appreciated since I'm normally fasting and HANGRY when I arrive.) The best thing for me is that these folks know what they are doing. I have tiny veins and they never struggle with the draw. Results are typically done within two days and if you sign up for their portal, you'll get an alert when it's ready. Bonus is there is a Starbucks in the Safeway too so you can go straight to breakfast!!

It simply does not work no matter what number you press. Trying to save a trip if they, again, do not have the order. This customer service is abysmal.
