She understood the vision right away, was so organized (slideshow deck, etc.) and we just knew we'd be in good, professional hands. Lace & Stems was introduced to me by my wedding planner, Sophia Kim Park, from Spark Event Consulting (https://www.sparkeventconsulting.com/). After stalking Lace & Stems Instagram (laceandstems), I immediately knew Thu would be the perfect florist for my wedding. She has a very modern yet classic aesthetic to her floral designs. During our initial meeting, I showed her pictures of what we were looking for and she was able to give me a quote that fit my budget. Thu is super sweet and suggested ways we could save money without having to cut too much of the flowers out. Fast forward many months later and Thu had graciously created an acrylic structure with white flowers adorning the top for our ceremony. Unfortunately, our wedding day had the most ridiculous wind and she was able to battle the elements; even with the crazy wind, everything held up and the structure remained secure throughout our ceremony. It's all in the details and let me tell you Thu has a great eye for detail. Every thing from the girls' bouquets to the flower girls' head pieces, everything was made with love and detail. Even the groomsmen's boutonnieres were exquisite. My bridal bouquet was everything that I could have hoped and dreamed for and more. The reception arrangements she created were unique and so beautiful; all my guests thoroughly enjoyed all the arrangements and made sure to let me know that my florist did an awesome job. My eyes literally filled with tears when I saw my reception sweetheart table because it was a piece of art. Hiring Thu was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. Our dream wedding would not have come true if it wasn't for Thu and her team. If I can give them 10 stars I would!! I first found lace and stems through Instagram and loved her work. She has such a classic, beautiful, modern, and unique style that aligned with my taste.
